Hey S-T.net readers! Have you guys caught World Cup fever? Ernie’s been watching every game super close, and while Ernie was cheering for Japan last night, Côte d’Ivoire killed it! They played an aggressive game and took every shot they had, and in the end, it totally paid off! (Let’s not talk about Bosnia and Argentina right now, the wound is still too fresh.)
But don’t think that just because Ernie’s tuning in to Univision to catch the Cup, that Nico Nico Nama will be forgotten this week! Last week, we got to enjoy ALSDEAD and GOTCHAROCKA, MoNoLith, THE GALLO, An Cafe and some of Lycaon, too. Royz simulcast Kazuki‘s last performance on Nico Nico, while LOST ASH had us tuning in to ViSULOG TV.
What have we got this week? SaTaN returns, as do NIGHTMARE and An Cafe. New this week, we’ll be seeing xTRiPx, and Crack6‘s vocalist MSTR. The entire lineup of Lycaon will go on-air this week, too. On JAPAN VISUAL.TV, we’ll see JILLED RAY, Diz, and FOODED SEAL, and of course, we’ve got another episode of Visualism!
ニコニコ生 (Nico Nico Nama) is a special sub-site of Nico Nico, which streams a variety of live broadcasts each day. Among these broadcasts, there are live performances, “variety hours,” interviews, and plenty of unexpected antics featuring your favorite artists. ViSULOG is a Japanese language authority on visual kei news who regularly publishes substantial, in-depth interviews of artists and who just acquired the easy-to-remember domain “v-kei.jp.” They occasionally team up with the digital channel, JAPAN VISUAL.TV, for webisodes of ViSULOG TV and others. And if Nico Nico is Japan’s YouTube, then Music On! TV can best be described as Japan’s MTV – back when MTV was still Music Television.
