Today’s fact is about ZORO! Do you remember when Mija wrote about their comeback live? It is successfully over, but do you want to know who were the support members?
Well…
Teruki (An Cafe) and Ketch (ex-KYOKUTOU GIRL FRIEND)!
They are still searching for new members or supports, so unfortunately it seems that these two won’t join the band officially.
Anyway – ZORO also has released new single 「POLICE」 during our hiatus, and here is official preview of the PV.

Zoro who lost two members and went through a bit of a hiatus and finally announced their return! Activities will resume at their one-man live on October 1st at Shibuya WOMB.
So far no info about any new members so all we can do is sit tight and hope they drop hints on new members!

ZORO to continue activities with 2 members

ZORO recently announced their hiatus.
However, yesterday during their last performance with all four members at C.C. Lemon Hall,
ZORO announced that drummer Yuya and guitarist Taizo will be leaving the band eventually.
But vocalist Ryuji and bassist Tatsuhi also announced that ZORO will not disband completely,
because the two of them will continue their activities in the future.
Amongst the sounds of sobs and crying of the audience,
Ryuji said: “ZORO won’t break up. I and Tatsuhi will protect ZORO.”
Is this considered good news or bad news ?

This was unexpected! ZORO will be pausing after their one man on December 29th at Shibuya C.C.Lemon Hall entitled ZORO ONEMAN LIVE ‘HALLELUJAH’. The band JUST released an album earlier this month and was featured on the cover of CURE not too long ago. So far no word on how long they will be on hiatus or reason for the pause.
Was this a shock to ZORO fans? Lets hope for a speedy return!!

Zoro’s new album

ゾロ (Zoro) is going to release their 3rd full album this winter! Entitled as 『KIGA』, it is set to be released on December 1st in two types.
Both version will include 12 tracks. Limited edition costs 3,675 yen and includes two discs (6 tracks in each), photobook and trading card (1 of 9 differend kind). Regular edition with only one disc costs 3,150 yen. Tracklists and covers aren’t yet available.

It’s coming again! On August 21st JACK IN THE BOX SUMMER 2010 event will be again held at Makuhari Messe Hall 4-6.
Artists performing will be acid android, DEAD END, ギルガメッシュ (Girugamesh), Ken, kyo (D’ERLANGER), ムック (MUCC), シド (SID), TETSUYA, VAMPS, Zoro, 44MAGNUM, Alice Nine, Becky, LM.C, SADS and possibly even more.
Tickets will cost 11,500 yen.

Certainly great news! Zoro has announced that they will be performing at C.C.Lemon Hall December 29th.
The one man is titled as 「ハレルヤ」 (Hallelujah) and tickets costs 4,200 yen. Sale starts on October 30th.

It seems that Zoro is releasing a single too and has new outfits! On August 11th, right after their tour 「MAD HOUSE」, will come out their single called 「HOUSE・OF・MADPEAK」 in two types.

ゾロ (Zoro) have updated their OHP with details about their summer tour, which is going to be called 「MAD HOUSE」.

You may remember the new single from ゾロ (Zoro) that we talked about here. The new single will be titled 『GOLD CARD』. Prices and tracks have remained the same.
They will also be having a oneman tour entitled 『CRASH』. Details are as follows:

Tickets for ell. FITS ALL and ROCKETS will cost 3150 yen while tickets for LIQUIDROOM will cost 3800 yen. All go on sale January 30th.

Zoro’s new release

On March 3rd, ゾロ (Zoro) will be releasing their third single!
Not many details are available yet, but it will be coming out in two types. A first press edition that costs 1365 yen and comes with the three track single, plus a regular press that also costs 1365 yen and comes with two tracks that are the same as the first press, plus a bonus track.

Other bands featured in this issue are 12012, Zoro and Girugamesh – but Gara is the one they showcase on the cover in this issue.

ゾロ (Zoro) have announced a oneman tour, which will take place in March 2010! There are only 3 concerts, but since they’re all onemans, it seems amazing:
March 5th @ Nagoya ell.FITS ALL
March 14th @ Nanba ROCKETS
March 21st @ Ebisu LIQUIDROOM
The first two lives cost 3150 yen to attend, whilst the last one – 3800 yen. The tickets will go on general sale on the 30th of January.

Great news for ゾロ (Zoro) fans!
The band has announced that on September 9th they will be releasing a full album!
The fine details aren’t set yet, however, it will be coming out in two types. The first press edition which contains the album and a DVD for 3675 yen, and the regular edition which is the album only for 3150 yen.
