Update on Zoro’s new single

You may remember the new single from ゾロ (Zoro) that we talked about here. The new single will be titled 『GOLD CARD』. Prices and tracks have remained the same.

They will also be having a oneman tour entitled 『CRASH』. Details are as follows:

March 21st LIQUIDROOM Ebisu

Tickets for ell. FITS ALL and ROCKETS will cost 3150 yen while tickets for LIQUIDROOM will cost 3800 yen. All go on sale January 30th.

Also, good news for European fans. Their album 『CORE』 will be released through GANSHIN on March 5th with two new bonus tracks, “pink” and “warp”. Click here if you would like to purchase your copy!

On March 3rd, ゾロ (Zoro) will be releasing their third single!

Not many details are available yet, but it will be coming out in two types. A first press edition that costs 1365 yen and comes with the three track single, plus a regular press that also costs 1365 yen and comes with two tracks that are the same as the first press, plus a bonus track.

Zoro’s oneman tour

ゾロ (Zoro) have announced a oneman tour, which will take place in March 2010! There are only 3 concerts, but since they’re all onemans, it seems amazing:

March 21st @ Ebisu LIQUIDROOM

The first two lives cost 3150 yen to attend, whilst the last one – 3800 yen. The tickets will go on general sale on the 30th of January.

Great news for ゾロ (Zoro) fans!

The band has announced that on September 9th they will be releasing a full album!

The fine details aren’t set yet, however, it will be coming out in two types. The first press edition which contains the album and a DVD for 3675 yen, and the regular edition which is the album only for 3150 yen.

SCUBER DIVE is an important Visual Kei event that’s been created two years ago, back in 2007. This event takes place both in Tokyo and Osaka, usually on the same day(s) and it gathers a lot of popular indie bands in different live houses of both cities. And it seems the two first editions were a success as the program of this year’s SCUBER DIVE has been revealed !

Like it was already the case last year, the SCUBER DIVE is split in two part, one in Osaka (Naniwa) and one in Tokyo (Shibuya). So, those of you who are lucky enough to be in Japan in that period should definitly go ! Hard choice though !

The timetable has yet to be revealed precisely, but it will be hold on July 31st and August 3rd, and here are the bands that are going to perform this year (more details on the timetable as soon as possible)

Zoro’s first PV collection

ゾロ (Zoro) has announced that on May 27th, they’ll be releasing their first PV collection!

It’s coming out in two types; a first press edition which includes three PVs and off-shot footage. and a regular press edition that also has three PVs, but insteda comes with live footage.  Both types cost 2625 yen.

Looks like ゾロ (Zoro) will be adding to the list of new releases to buy in March! Their new single, which has not yet been titled, will be coming out on March 18th.

They’re releasing it in two types; the first press edition which comes with a two track CD plus a DVD for 1575 yen and the regular press edition which contains two tracks plus a bonus track for 1365 yen.

Zoro has also decided on a special project, called 「あなたの理想のセットリスト」 (Your ideal setlist) where fans can choose up to five songs that they want to hear at their live on January 13th at Takadanobaba AREA.

Birthdays.
Some people love them, and some people hate them.

Yesterday, was Tatsuhi from Zoro’s 21st birthday, and he said that he received Chrono Trigger (for DS) from the other members of the band. He was so happy, that he almost cried! He was really surprised, and grateful.

So S-T readers, what would you get Big Ern for his birthday? I know it’s in October, but I always accept belated and unbirthday presents.

Zoro’s First Full Album

On August 20th, Zoro will be releasing their very first full length album! The title is yet to be determined as of yet, but they’re release two types.

The first press edition which costs 3676 yen and comes with a special, long awaited fan DVD.

The regular press is 3150 yen, and instead of a DVD comes with two bonus tracks.

First up, is Sister Floyd with the release of their first mini-album, “Full Sluge”.

And second, a new special magazine “Gl!tter 001″ that’s being put out by V！NYL　SYNDICATE, which is a free paper that’s distributed to over 300 places around Japan. The cover artist for this issue is 12012 and it includes a 15 page special on them as a report that give total coverage of their live on May 15th at Akasaka BLITZ. Girugamesh, DOLLY and Zoro all have a ten page feature in the magazine, and there will be interviews with Serial Number, Moran and more!

The size is A4 and it’s 64 coloured pages. A DVD is also included! The special privilege is a DVD which contains footage of the making of the magazine (probably photoshoot footage like the Expect Rush ones) and comments from the bands.

It comes out on June 20th and only costs 1890 yen!

The magazine h’evn, hosts events a few times every year. Their event that’s taking place in May of this year around Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka is called 「へヴンのお祭り☆天まで飛ぼう！！」 (H’evn no Omatsuri☆Ten made Tobou!!).
The details are:

May 15th @ Shibuya O-EAST
Featuring: 176BIZ, Zoro, Moran, 少女-ロリヰタ-23区 (Lolita 23q), others

June 4th @ OSAKA MUSE
Featuring: 176BIZ, Zoro, Moran, シリアル⇔NUMBER (SERIAL⇔NUMBER), SCREW, Wizard

June 6th @ Nagoya Bottom Line
Featuring: 176BIZ, Zoro, Moran, シリアル⇔NUMBER (SERIAL⇔NUMBER), SCREW, Wizard

The live in Tokyo opens at 4:45 and starts at 5:30, whereas Osaka and Nagoya open at 5:00 and start at 5:30.
The cost is 3300 yen per ticket (except for Tokyo which is 3500 yen). Tickets for Tokyo go on sale March 15th, and for Osaka and Nagoya on March 21st.
