Another event with Siva! On December 22nd UNDER CODE PRODUCTION will be sponsoring an event for Siva. Its a commemoration of the release of their cd. The event is called:『Prediction from a prophet：Code8℃
And so far the band line up is pretty cool! Of course Siva will be there with Black:List, Nega, E’m〜grief〜, Jewel, Zip.er and Misaruka!

Pon’s Christmas Summit

Kazutake (ex-Guy’s Family, ex-MASK) is holding another summit, but this time around it’s 「Pon’s Christmas Summit」 and it’s taking place on December 17th at Meguro Live Station!

Zip.er’s new single

Zip.er is releasing a new single which they’re saying is like a Christmas present, on December 24th.
It’s three tracks and will be called 「World『Z』パーク」 (World[Z]Pack) and costs 1575 yen. The tracklist is as follows:

・ 泥棒猫と嘘世界-liar world- (Dorobouneko to Usosekai)

Random Fact of the Day

Its that time again, time for the random fact. Big Ern here and today we will be talking about hate. You know, since I seem to talk about hate a lot. The hates from Zip.er’s Kaji are really… random. What are some of the things he hates? He hates the destruction of the earth, when someone who did something to make you angry is angry at you (when you didn’t do anything), favoritism, when prices suddenly rise and when you have a fall out with your friends.
It reminds me of the time I had an argument with one of my friends. I was right though, she knows this. I won the argument, though she will deny it. We didn’t talk to one another for weeks. There was a lot of tension in the air, late night phone calls and a lot of tears. Man thongs really are the most non-sexy creation in the world.

Kisnate and Zip.er team up

Kisnate and Zip.er are teaming up for a two man live on September 22nd at Ikebukuro CYBER called “「Z」 Pack & Yume no Kuni”.
Tickets went on sale starting August 23rd and cost 2500 yen.
All those attending receieve a special free distribution item.

Zip.er with LoopAsh & new look

I’m on the role with website renewals today, haha!
We posted that Zip.er have gained a new drummer, 伽児 (Kaji), and that they would be following up with a new look and OHP renewal. Well, now they have their new look up! They have new profile pictures as well.
But there is even more news! It seems they are now under the LoopAsh label, and their OHP url has changed:

New member and looks coming up!

Zip.er had an important announcement today (well, yesteday in Japan) at their which of course made me think the worst was coming. However, after much refreshing of blogs, Kento has updated his saying that they ther support drummer, 伽児 (Kaji), who has been supporting for them since March and who was formerly a member of beaU has become an official member of the band!
Looks like they’ve been planning this one for a little while! Kaji’s information is not yet updated on the OHP, but you can check out his personal site which is located here: http://x76.peps.jp/kajitan39plan/
Kento also adds that now that Zip.er is five members, they’ll be taking off so make sure you keep your eye on them!
Towa wrote about it as well, saying that the band also has new costumes! They’ll hopefully be renewing their OHP in the near future with Kaji’s information and their hot new look!

Shock Edge 2008 live

We’ve already talked about the Shock Edge album here. Now they are doing an event to go along with the release. Its going to be a 2 day live event - on October 12th and 13th. The line up for the 12th: Zip.er, ダウト, LuLu, vistlip and SINCREA. The 13th line up is: Sugar, グレイシア, meth., 愛狂います。 and ALiBi.
Random but ex beaU drummer (from their last line up) - Kaji has been playing support drummer for Zip.er and wil be playing at this event.

Zip.er’s first maxi!

Today Zip.er (who we wrote an introduction for back in December) had an important announcement at their live!
Fortunately, it’s great news! The announcement was about the release of their very first maxi-single called 「東京『Ｚ』パーク」 (Tokyo Zippaku) that’s set to come out on August 8th.
The single comes in two types, the first press which contains the three track single plus a sixteen page booklet for 2100 yen. The regular press contains only the three songs and costs 1575 yen. Both versions have the same songs and are limited to only 500 copies.
The tracklist for the single is:
・01.否甘恋物語－アン スイート ロマンス－ (Hikan Koimonogatari - En suite Romance -)
・02.ドラマチック☆ティアーズ (Dramatic☆Tears)
・03.Star Parade
According to their discography, Zip.er has only put out one demo CD so far, back in January of this year. It was a one track demo CD limited to 250 copies and available at their beginning of activities event.
The song is called シンデレラ (Cinderella) and here’s the sample that was available on their OHP to (hopefully) peak your interest in the band:

Another event for Shunsuke

Back in January, it was announced that ex-bis’s 瞬介 (Shunsuke) would be back in business and organizing an event called 「維新回天 Vol.１」 (Ishin Kaiten Vol.1). It’s now been announced that he’ll be organing 「維新回天 Vol.２」 (Ishin Kaiten Vol.2), which will take place on April 11th at HOLIDAY SHINJUKU.

bis’s Shunsuke and Tsukasa back in business!

瞬介 (Shunsuke) from bis who just disbanded on January 13th, is already continuing on with activities! He’s holding an event called 「維新回天 Vol.１」 (Ishin Kaiten Vol.1) or “Monumental Task of Restoration Vol 1.”.
This event will take place on March 2nd at HOLIDAY SHINJUKU, opens at 4:30 starts at 5:00.
Now, Shunsuke himself won’t be performing, but he’s organizing the event.

Shunsuke wrote in the Holiday blog about it, and he says that Tsukasa’s session band will surely be awesome, haha. No pressure Tsukasa, no pressure.
In regard to him not actually performing, he says that he’ll see through the young power who are changing this era and that it’s a revolution. There’s a long way to go before the world will be transformed, and that lately he feels like even though they’re young, they’re hot guys who stay hot through thick and thin. He says that they’ll probably change the scene. It’s not a mistake.
Sounds … intense doesn’t it? Haha. Of course he doesn’t mean it in a bad way and it’s pretty cool that he’s hosting this event.

Before I start the news I was asked something recently and I just want to post a note here for anyone who might have the same question (it’s also in the ‘about’ section now). If you do take and use the news we post on this site elsewhere, that’s okay, but please credit us as one of your sources if you read it here first. I understand you’ll probably check out the OHP and whatnot before wanting to post it anywhere and I don’t blame you, but it does take time and effort to constantly find and post news, so show some common courtesy, and credit Shattered Tranquility.

Anyways!
Despite all the news of members leaving and bands breaking up, there are still some good announcements!
Zip.er started in October with Towa (ex-Bach) on vocals, Kento (ex-Gokusai FILM) and Yuki (ex-Kazari as Haruhi) on guitar and Sakura (ex-Replia) on bass.
2:00 - 2:30 - Towa and Sakura
2:30 - 3:00 - Yuki and Kento
3:00 - 3:30 - Yuki and Sakura
3:30 - 4:00 - Towa and Kento
All customers who spend more than 2000 yen on goods in the store will receieve a special New Year’s coment CD as a present.
A few days after their event, they will be hosting a live entitled, “Kokoro no sukimu Sagashi” at Ikebukuro CYBER. Tickets are 2500 yen and 3000 yen if you buy the day of the live.
The cast is:
Zip.per, Cellt, Dio, Tokyo Mikaeru., LuLu, Canzel, VelBet
At that live they will also be selling their very first single, “Cinderella”! According to the mail magazine recording has been finished, however, there are only 250 copies. Not really good news for anyone who can’t get to the live but wants a copy.
Hopefully they’ll have a release which is easier to access in the near future!
But with the line-up it looks like they’ll be an interesting band (although they do need a drummer) so they’re a band to watch out for!
