Yup, before Venus they were in AnnNa together! JUN who is also in Venus was also in AnnNa!

We talked about Kanade leaving Venus at their December 30th live with other SEQUENCE RECORD bands. Now Sakura will also be leaving at the same live – the main site states this will be the last live with the current members which hints that Jun and Shigure will be trying to continue on in the new year.
The guys aren’t leaving without a bang, you can actually get a free live only single called 『Lucifer』. So if you’re going to their last live (with current members), be sure to get that.
In other random news, Sakura seems to be suffering from back pain and headaches and has visited the hospital – earlier in the month he suffered his second car accident but so far he seems okay and this hasn’t had a play with his withdrawal from the band.

After what seems forever, Venus’ site has as a total makeover! The site has not only been completely redone but they also finally loaded the new looks of each member which we talked about before.
The band only has two more lives before the year ends. On December 18th they have an event called Atomic Beauty Cat★ with Panic Channel, n’DooL, LICKER, auncia, RUI and ZELGYER. Tickets are 2,800 in advance and 3,300 at door.
They also have event on December 30th called SEQUENCE RECORDS PRESENTS
『SHIZOKA ROCK SUMMIT 2009-FINAL-』 with the following bands: Venus, ZELGYER, ESCAPE, RUI, WHITEBLACK, GRIST, GAIN and more! Tickets are 2,500 in advance and 3,000 at door. This live also marks the departure of their drummer Kanade. The news was announced shortly after they celebrated their 2nd Anniversary.

Valluna has updated with new hair and makeup pictures. The band has been getting alot of buzz and with the release from their first single early last month, they have been busy. They have even added 2 new events that you can catch them at.
Both events are sponsored by A.s.h.m for ALSDEAD! With the first event, they will be playing with Ha;qch and of course ALDEAD, Venus, Dizly, REBOLT, Made In GL∀D and more! The event takes place on September 30th.
Second event takes place on October 17th for the celebration of ALDEAD’s 3rd single 「PARADOX」! Again with Ha;qch, Made In GL∀D, REBOLT, SiCrow, navir and a few more!
Both events, tickets will be 2,800 in advance and 3,300 yen at the door.

Its that time again, time for the random fact of the day. Today’s random fact comes from Sakura of Venus. It involves my favorite subjects of all…hate and likes. Everyone knows how much I like talking about those. Anyways, what does he hate? Apparently he hates ‘time and insect’. What does he like? Freedom and Chocolate. Who doesn’t like chocolate? Everyone loves chocolate! Well, everyone loves chocolate besides you Hideko.
I am going to show up at Mija’s doorstep wearing a red glittery thong while toting a box of chocolates. I’m coming for you baby, beware.

There’s a new omnibus album coming out on May 10th called 『 -無限大∞感染-』 (Mugendai ∞ Kansen; Infinity∞Infection)! It iwll feature eleven bands: AibeLL, Art Cube, GallowS, シネマストリップ (Cinema Strip), Since1889, チーキィ (Cheeky), デンジャー☆ギャング (Danger☆Gang), 水樂 (Byakura), Venus, 焔 (Homura) and Rubik.
The CD will be on sale at livehouses starting April 18th at the Z & S Coupling Tour by the same name, which is sponsored by Zёnit Music Factory Co.Ltd. ＆ Sequence Records:

April 19th @ HOLIDAY NAGOYA
April 25th @ Yokohama FORCE
May 3rd @ Meguro Rock Maykan

Tickets go on sale starting March 1st.
They’re also planning something kind of cool with Danger Gang, Homura and Cinema Strip. Twenty-five lucky fans will have a chance to go on a ‘bus tour’ with the bands, to their lives on April 18th in Osaka and on the 19th in Nagoya.
The party will travel from Tokyo (taking a night bus) and arrive in Osaka at 10:00am on April 18th. There will be a few hours of free time, then the event. After the live, participants will go bathing in a health spa. After that, everyone will head to Nagoya, where again there will be free time, followed by the performance, and then back to Tokyo.
Those who want to participate must register between February 25th and March 20th. The cost is 18900 yen (which covers the bus cost ONLY) and will only be held if there is a minimum of 20 people going.

Sequence Records is putting out a new SUMMIT omnibus album called… 「SUMMIT #05」 (you gotta love the creativity of the title!). The album will feature a total of eleven bands, which includes the six bands belonging to the SR label plus five additional bands.
So far those listed as on the album are:

Yes, I am aware I am late on reporting this. O_O Just in case you were wondering…
Anyone that has ordered the release ‘Myth’ should note that the release has been moved to 9/17. It was originally suppose to be released on 8/27.
This means more waiting for those of us that ordered.

exist†trace’s already has new lives lined up before they head out to Europe. They have a live on 09.14 with Black:List called “Black Riot”. Band line up includes: Black:List, gaudie, Megaromania, Schmelz Cure, DELUHI and more… live tickets are about 2800-3300 yen. They live will be held at Takadanobaba AREA.
09.26 they have a live called “Deer Call War #05″ with Black:List, Venus, LSD, Juliette and more… tickets are the same price as mentioned above but the live is going to be at (Shizuoka) Sunash.
The last live they have listed before they go out on tour is “Deer Call War #06″ at Holiday Nagoya. This live is on 09.28, and features: Black:List, Venus, Domain, EAT YOU ALIVE, Danger Gang and more… same ticket price.
