ヴァルナ(valluna) which have disbanded a few months ago, we wrote about it here, will release a best of album which is called [COMPLETE] on February 2nd. (This is not really new anymore but I still wanted to post about it)

Ex. Valluna’s yo-ka and Kei’s new band – DIAURA

DIAURA is a really fresh band, which is a new project of ex. ヴァルナ (Valluna)‘s vocalist and guitarist. ヴァルナ (Valluna) has decided to disband some time ago, so I’m really glad to see yo-ka back with new project!
Anyway, he new band seems to be only a duo:
Vocal: yo-ka || ex. Marely, → ヴァルナ (Valluna)
Guitar: 佳衣-Kei- || ex. Bunny drug → ADOLF → CRIMSON → ヴァルナ (Valluna)
They have already announced two releases! The first one will be a demo CD called 「失翼の聖域」and it will go on sale on January 17th for 1050 yen. The second release will be their first single, 「Beautiful Creature」and it will appear in stores on February 23rd. It will cost 1575 yen and contain following tracks:

Valluna’s last live-limited single

Valluna, which are going to disband on November 27th will release a last live-limited maxi single which is called ｢funeral days｣. It will cost 2500 Yen and contains a CD with 2 tracks and a DVD with a comment from the band and live scenes.

Valluna’s new single cancelled

ヴァルナ (Valluna) was set to release Gothic「A」doll, the second single of a two month release campaign, on October 20th. However, due to unspecified circumstances, the release of the single has been cancelled. Those who pre-ordered the single should contact the shop for refund details.
Since ヴァルナ (Valluna) is set to disband on November 27th, it seems that the previous single, Silent Prayer, will be their final release.

Thanks to everyone who has sent us emails about this. Sadly its true, after what it seems just a short time for the band to become a full 5 member band it seems that Kanade has been ill. He has missed during the live on the 13th, and they announced that on their live at HOLIDAY SHINJUKU on November 27th the band will officially disband.
They say sorry for the sudden announcement but to please continue to favor the band until the end. Seems tough when band mates get ill, this actually bums me out – I liked Valluna – lets wish the band luck to whatever the future holds for the members!

2-months consecutive singles for Valluna

ヴァルナ (Valluna) have announced that they’ll be having a 2-months consecutive single release campaign!
The first single will be entitled 「silent prayer」 and will go on sale on September 22nd for 1575 yen. The tracklist is as follows:
1. silent prayer
2. 虐 (Gyaku)
3. Ghost
The second single will be released on October 20th under the title Gothic「A」doll. Unfortunately no more details are available so far.

I’ve already mentioned it here, but for those who do not remember – ヴァルナ (Valluna) will be releasing their first mini-album on the 28th of April!
It will be entitled 「Distopia」 and cost 3150 yen. However, it will be limited to 500 copies only. The tracklist is as follows:

Valluna’s 2-days consecutive free onemans

ヴァルナ (Valluna) have just announced that they’ll be holding two free onemans in February, both at Shibuya CLUB CRAWL.
The first one will take place on the 22th of February and be entitled 「マゾヒスティック」(Masochistic). The second live will be held on the 23rd under the name 「サディスティック」 (Sadistic).

ヴァルナ (Valluna) have just announced the release of their 2nd single! It will be entitled 「Neo Infernal」and go on sale on the 15th of January for 1500 yen. It will be limited to 444 copies and as a bonus you’ll get a sticker and a photo.
Unfortunately, this will be limited only for live-sale and mail-order.
But! First 44 people will get a signed poster, so make sure to order the CD as soon as possible! The tracklist is as follows:

Furthermore, it seems that this single is a part of a project coinciding with the planned release of their mini-album on the 28th of April 2010!
Finally, the band has announced that from 2010 they’ll be on the GALAXY label which is part of FIREBALL – the band asks for keeping on supporting them and thanks for all those, who have been doing that so far.

yo-ka gets the influenza

Valluna announced on their OHP that today’s live (October 21st), they performed without their vocalist yo-ka, as he currently has the new strain of influenza. They apologize to all the fans who were looking forward to the live.
yo-ka posted the following comment (please note he wrote this on the 20th):
Due to circumstances, it was will be too difficult for me to perform tomorrow, October 21st, at HOLIDAY Shinjuku.
For a few days I have had symptoms like a high fever and sore throat, and have now been diagnosed with the new strain of influenza. Currently my symptoms have calmed down quite a lot, and the doctors said that by the 23rd, providing there are no problems, I should be able to return. So that I don’t spread the infection to the members, those connected with the band and all the fans, I will not be performing on the 21st.
I’m very sorry to everyone who has been looking forward to this live…
However, we are not cancelling tomorrow’s performance, but instead the remaining four members will perform without me. So, please cheer on the members. I selfishly ask you to cheer for them even more than usual.I’ll be performing again on the 23rd, so please support me then.
It seems like a lot of artists are getting sick as of late! Let’s wish yo-ka, and of course everyone else who is currently ill a quick recovery!

Valluna has updated with new hair and makeup pictures. The band has been getting alot of buzz and with the release from their first single early last month, they have been busy. They have even added 2 new events that you can catch them at.
Both events are sponsored by A.s.h.m for ALSDEAD! With the first event, they will be playing with Ha;qch and of course ALDEAD, Venus, Dizly, REBOLT, Made In GL∀D and more! The event takes place on September 30th.
Second event takes place on October 17th for the celebration of ALDEAD’s 3rd single 「PARADOX」! Again with Ha;qch, Made In GL∀D, REBOLT, SiCrow, navir and a few more!
Both events, tickets will be 2,800 in advance and 3,300 yen at the door.

Monstars☆party vol.29

You may remember when I posted about Monstars☆party vol.30 here. Well, before that there will be a Monstars☆party vol.29 on September 25th, also at Takadanobaba AREA. Tickets will cost 2800 in advance and 3300 yen the day of, and have already gone on sale as of August 15th. Playing at the event will be ヴァルナ (Valluna), D’LORE, gaudie., Like absolute myself, 焔 (Homura), Administrator and a session band named Time Section #1, which has an interesting lineup: SIZNA (ex-Sugar) on guitar, Ketchi (KYOUKUTOU GIRLFRIEND) on guitar, HISAKI (cocklobin) on bass, and Atsuto (ex-Sugar) on drums.
