A month ago we informed you about the Riotts.’ plans to release a first full album and finally there is more details for it. The album is entitled as 『RIOT STAR』 and comes out on January 26th in two types! Limited edition (3,000 copies) comes with a DVD and costs 3,675 yen. Regular edition includes two bonus trakcs and costs 3,150 yen.

Exactly two weeks ago we told about the Riotts.’ plans to release second mini album and here comes some details. They also have a new guest vocalist, 歩 (Ayumu) and you can follow his blog here.
The mini album, entitled as 「星蓮花」 (Senrenge), will come out October 6th and costs 2,625 yen. Cover and tracklist are as follows:

the Riotts. have updated their OHP today with few news. It seems they’re now starting their “third season” of activities and as for now they are only a trio:
As seen on the pic above, they’ve announced the release of their 2nd mini-album, which will go on sale on October 6th. They’ve described the release as their “last chapter”, we will see if that means anything. Anyway, more details to follow.

Thanks to everyone who sent this in! It seems like a lot of people are following the Riotts.!
the Riotts. have announced their “second season guest players”!
Now on vocals is ぶぅ (Buu), the singer for えんそく (Ensoku).
And on guitar we have tetsu, formerly of ギミック (Gimmick).
Along with the new members, the Riotts. will be releasng their first maxi single! The title is 「スターゲィザー」 (Stargazer) and it’s coming out on May 26th. The release will be out in two types, a first press edition that comes with a CD plus a DVD containing a PV for the title track for 2100 yen, and a regular press edition that’s the CD only for 1575 yen.
The tracklist is as follows:

2. 【星屑と月と灰色の街(Re:new ver.)】 (Hoshikuzu to Tsuki to Haiiro no Machi (Re:new ver.))

Next step for The Riotts

Mike has moved on from doing guest vocals for the band, he even deleted his blog. As you can see from the new graphic from their main page, the trio are moving onto the next step to their future. Seems like we will be seeing a more permanent vocalist with the band soon…and perhaps even a fifth member! Seems like 2 silhouettes are shown on the image. If you go to profile here, you can see 2 new un named positions have been added. Who can they be? Any guesses??!

Since December 13th, the Riotts have been releasing special videos once a week on their site!
Unfortunately, the first two weeks have already ended and only a still is available on their OHP, but for anyone interested, you can check out the newest one (number three) which you can currently watch!
This most current one is titled 「クリスマスの過ごし方編」 (Christmas no Sugoshikata Hen; A Compilation of Ways to Spend Christmas), and the members (aside from their banter) say the following:
Setsuki: I’ll go on a date with Asuka
Mike: I’ll perform in a live
Tara: It’s a lonely birthday [Tara's birthday is December 24th]
Kasumi: I’ll eat fried chicken
At the end, they wrap by saying that basically, the Riott’s way of spending Christmas is… ‘stupid’.

Remember when Mija introduced the Riotts. some time ago? There are finally some details about their first release, a mini-album entitled 『StarInvitation』. It will be released on the 15th of January and cost 2300 yen. However, it will be available for limited mail-order since the 21st of December! These, who will decide to order the limited ver. of CD through the OHP will receive a bonus comment DVD with few enclosed chekis.

Thanks to Kurasanotenshi for the heads up. Back in the summer we talked about Tara and his ex bandmates Setsuki and Kasumi started to do sessions in a group they called Milky Way with Mike (ex SWEEP THE BOARD). Well now that session has become a band called the Riotts. Their site just opened today and they seem to be a busy group. They already have news about a mini album they are working on called StarInvitation, more details will be announced later.
