Babel Entertainment’s A-Kon review

Shion over at Babel Entertainment has been working hard for fans this summer. Not only did Babel bring over the amazing acts D and BLOOD STAIN CHILD but they helped with a fashion show, finished their second issue of Babel their metal/vk magazine AND spread the word of VK to many new fans! This fall, they are bringing in the amazing Takashi O’hashi and ALSDEAD to HEXXP! Are you guys going?!

They will presenting a live report tonight over at their site. Be sure to listen in and support them and tell them thanks for all their hard work they do with their magazine and with bands!

ALSDEAD & Takashi O’hashi in Hawaii

Not only ALSDEAD will be attending the con HEXXP in Hawaii this fall on September 30th – October 1st but also guitar legend – Takashi O’hashi from Seikima-II will grace fans! ALSDEAD will also be shooting a pv in Hawaii, so be sure to dress the part and help. Both artists have made videos talking about their excitement coming to Hawaii!

ALSDEAD has been rising not only in Japan, but internationally as well with in the Visual Kei fan base and Metal fan base. They just released their full self titled album and have their eyes set on Hawaii Entertainment Expo – Experience (HEXXP) in Honolulu, Hawaii. They will also be filming a PV at the convention as well. This is the first time a Visual Kei PV has been shot in Hawaii, and the spectators will get to be a part of the PV as well. So, come in your best Goth, Lolita, Steampunk and Visual Kei costumes and be a part of the fun!

Japanese guitar legend Takashi O’hashi will be debuting his new music video project to his “Child of Nature” CD here in Hawaii for world release. Currently he has just established his official U.S. operations at www.ohashijam.com in which open auditions will be announced for 2011 & 2012 projects!

X Japan, Seikima-II, HITT and ViViD go to Paris!

This year at Japan Expo in Paris: HITT, ViViD, Seikima-II, YOSHIKI and Toshi from X Japan will be participating along with other musicians!

The event goes on for 4 days starting on the 1st of July.
ViViD will be doing a signing sessions, performances and a conference during their stay on the 2nd and 3rd of July.

As for X Japan, they’ll only be performing on the 4th of July.

You can purchase your tickets from France Billet or Ticketnet (although it seems that they do not have their tickets for pre-sale yet).

So, how many residents in France do we have from S-T that are HITT, Seikima-II, ViViD or X Japan fans?

Oni-con band announced

Oni-con is hosted every year in Houston Texas and has always been a fun con. This year their band performing will be Gakido. It will be their first time in America performing so this is pretty exciting. The con is taking place on Halloween weekend October 29th-31st.


Don’t forget that A-kon is only a few weeks away, be sure to catch Seikima-II and Inugami-Circus-dan June 4th – June 6th!

We’ve been hinting the last week or so about the come back for Seikima-II and at Oni-con last weekend it was announced that they will be making an appearance along with Inugami Circus-dan at Akon in Dallas Texas! The con is held on June 4th – June 6th!
