Here’s something out of the ordinary, even when it comes to Visual Kei.
This band has been around since the summer of 2012, but since we have not introduced them on Shattered Tranquility yet, this is being filed under an introduction post.
VAMPIRE ROSE is the solo project of Count ROSE, who is actually the chief of a themed restaurant in Ginza called Vampire Cafe. Support members are from different bands. They have had a few lives this year already, but they will be having their first one-man event on April 29th at Birth Shinjuku, followed by a dinner party at Christon Cafe in Tokyo. A big announcement is planned for that day, so if you’re interested, you’d better go!

How exciting!
Synk;yet will be releasing their second Mini-Album, titled “Sacred Symphony”, on April 17th. This Mini-Album will contain 5 tracks, one being the brand new version of their fan-favorite “[Re]:birth,” and will include a DVD with “[Re]:birth” PV. Secilia Luna Announces Final Single

A little shred of good news for Secilia Luna fans today. Despite the band’s upcoming indefinite hiatus, Secilia Luna will be releasing one last live-only single. Members announced on their ameblos today that the single, titled “Angel”, will be available at the band’s last live on May 28th. “Angel” will cost ¥1000 and come with both this single-track CD and a special DVD.
In addition, tickets for Secilia Luna’s final will be available at the band’s 3/28 live. A tickets will be from A1~104, and will only be available at this live. B tickets became available today through e+.

Secilia Luna to go on Indefinite Hiatus

Terrible new today for Secilia Luna fans today. We’re sad to inform fans that members announced a few hours ago on their ameblos and their official site that Secilia Luna will be going on an indefinite hiatus after their 4th year anniversary live on May 28th. Members are adamant that the hiatus is not due to disagreements between members or musical differences, but a strong desire to continue on their own individual paths. This fact brings much hope to fans.
They have written the following:

Thank you for your continued patronage to Secilia Luna.
At this time we would like to announce here that it has been decided that after the Secilia Luna four-year anniversary one-man live, “Angelianity Myth,” on May 28th at Ikebukuro EDGE, we will enter an indefinite activity pause.
We would like to offer all of our gratitude and apologies to the fans and staff who have supported Secilia Luna since we began activities on May 26, 2009.
The remaining time with these five members is short, but we will continue to fly until the end.
Tenshi Kyouto*, let’s become one at the one-man on May 28th.Below are comments from the members.

Up until now I’ve received so much love through [being in] Secilia Luna that I can’t even say how much.

The one dream of Secilia Luna is eternity.

During the never-ending discussions, when we thought about the future of each of us, pausing our activities became the first-choice result.
There are no disagreements and we feel no musical differences between us. It is a result of the mutual respect we have for each other.

Concerning the activity pause, first of all, I want to say that it is not because the relationship between the members has become bad.
In the studio we are noisy and tell funny stories.There are many reasons for the hiatus, but I personally feel like the biggest one is the thought that among our different options for the future, the choice of a hiatus will also broaden future opportunities.
Regarding my activity from now on, I don’t have any intention to stop doing music. Because I like entertaining people, I think I want to stand in front of everyone in one way or another. But at the moment, I want to do my very best in Secilia Luna until the pause, so I’d be happy if you came [to the live].

Are you free tomorrow, 11/5? Like Secilia Luna? Well, aren’t you in luck! Tomorrow, Secilia Luna will be holding a special free one-man live at the Ikebukuro Cyber! The name of this special one-man is 『Rio聖誕祭』(Rio Seitansai) and will have special guests such as VAMPIRE ROSE, rui from MISARUKA, and Kensaku Kishida from RoViN.
Posting on their facebook page, guitarist Kyoki has informed fans that tomorrow there will be this special concert. However, there are a few stipulations! To get in, you have to be wearing white. You cannot enter the door to the venue if you are wearing any other color, even if you attempt to pay. Since Secilia Luna has based their newest theme off the color white and enjoy the motif of angels, one can only assume what will be happen at the live. So, make sure to put on your whites and get to the Ikebukuro Cyber!

Great news for Secilia Luna fans! It seems that the band is planning to release 2-months consecutive releases this summer!
The first one is going to be a maxi-single, entitled 「Austral Sky」. It will cost 1500 yen and go on sale on July 28th. The tracklist is as follows:

Furthermore, the next release is going to be a mini-album, which will come out under the title 「Eternal Waltz」 on August 25th. It will contain 6 songs + 2 SE and cost 2500 yen.
Finally, to commemorate both releases, they are going to hold their 1st oneman live! It will take place on August 23rd at Shibuya BOXX and will be called 『Solidify the Angelianity 〜天使教革命〜』(Solidify the Angelianity 〜Tenshikyou Kakumei〜). The tickets are going to cost 3000 yen in advance and 3500 yen at the door.

Secilia Luna’s Kyoki recovering

Thanks to Eos for asking us to check this out!
Although they didn’t make a huge announcement about it, on the 21st Kyoki from Secilia Luna got into an accident and was injured and hospitalized.
Kyoki has updated his blog with information about what happened and an explanation as to why he didn’t mention it sooner.
[Report] Kyoki is slowly getting better
I don’t know if it’s slowly or not, but, I’m getting better (´0ﾉ｀*)
I’m sorry for not really being around recently.
First, I’ve gotta apologize, right?
I’m really sorry.
But let me give you a simple explaination to why I haven’t been around.
In the morning of the 21st, I got into an accident and ended up with injuries to my face, head, and body.
At first, I had no idea what had happened,
but then I realized that I was in a wheelchair, in the hospital, with Saki* and some of my close friends
as far as I was told, I had gotten some tests done and such.
It really hurt, and my body felt really strange, but
if you look at the silver lining, the CT (?)* and skull x-rays showed that everything was fine.
So even though it looks like it hurts, there really isn’t any pain.
So I was like, man, I’m invincible aren’t I?, and I calmly got dressed and went to write a bit in my blog…
however,
I then realized that I didn’t want anyone to worry about me, so I couldn’t say anything about the accident.
But then, I kind of started to wonder if my blog post seemed more “normal” than usual.
I was kind anxious about it all, and my head and body still really hurt, so I decided
that I’d take a bit of a break.
Do you get what I’m saying? (Laughs)
In short, I was in a pinch.
I’m sorry. (:_;)
I really wanted some time to think about stuff, but
I didn’t have that kind of time, and now, finally, the swelling and whatnot has gone down,
so I started to think “hey… I’m human… wait no, I wonder if I kinda became an angel”, so I’m writing in my blog.
Maybe, without any mishaps, I’ll go back to being a regular, healthy angel.
Oh yeah, today Secilia Luna is going to be on NET TV, but…
I’m not sure if I can go or not, because I’m not sure if Camaro will be stepping in or not.
Maybe by some chance I’ll be able to be on it.
I don’t know, I want to make a decision about it around noon today.
And, I just recently watched the DVD of the Rutoufuru・Rafuman oneman live that I was in on the 20th. (Laughs)
When I watched it, I thought that I looked really energetic, jumping around like that.
And, I really started thinking that the saying, “staying healthy is the most important thing”, really is true.
When my body is in bad condition, my heart feels the same way.
I’m usually really positive, but I got really negative.
But hey, I’m better now (Laughs)
Because it’s me? You don’t need to worry, okay?
But everyone was really worried about me.
I love you all.
I swear on my heart that while you’re all still alive, nothing will kill me.
I used to think that it’s easy for people to pass away,
but I won’t die as long as you don’t.
I tend to think that my injuries were exaggerated a bit, but
they weren’t. (Laughs)
I’m going to take extra care of my life now.
I also want to take care of each and every one of you.
The members, my friends, my family, I want to take care of all of them.
So that the memory of me will be 100.
It’s a small promise, but I’ll remember it.
It’s a promise that can’t only be said in words, and one that hasn’t been asked for, but someday, I’ll definitely be
able to repay everyone.
At any rate, I’m working hard to make a full recovery.

At their live on the 29th, Secilia Luna had a lot of important announcements for their fans. Fortunately, it was all good news and fans have lots to look forward to!
First off, on May 24th, the band will be having a one year anniversary event at Shinjuku Ruido K4!
On July 28th their 3rd maxi-single, which will be called 「Auroral Sky」 will be released. About a month later, they’ll be putting out their 1st mini-album, called 「Eternal Waltz」!
Finally, on August 23rd at Shibuya BOXX they’ll be having their 1st oneman live entitled 『Solidify the Angelianity ～天使教革命～』 (Tenshi Kyoukakumei)!
Details on everything will be available as the occasion calls, and will be updated on their OHP. You can be sure that we’ll keep you updated on their upcoming releases!

On February 28th, Secilia Luna will appear on NET TV.
The show is entitled 『みんなの願いを叶えたい！日曜』 (Minna no Negai wo Kanaetai! Nichiyou) and will be MC’d by Kaoru Kanazawa.
It takes place at their satellite studio, Lotteria Harajuku Omotesandou Shop (the Omotesandou Studio).

At their live on November 10th, Secilia Luna had an important announcement.
The band will be releasing their second maxi single on March 31st of 2010! The single will be called 「False Scene」 and it will cost 1500 yen.
Furthermore, they are sponsoring a two month consecutive event! The first one will take place on February 8th at SHINJUKU RUIDO K4 and is called 『Baptism of Angelianity Vol.2』. The second will be on March 29th, and is titled 『Confirmation～神秘聖域～』 (Shinpi Seiiki).

Secilina Luna have announced that on November 11th, they’ll be releasing their 1st maxi single since their ‘rebirth’ called 『Angelianity Myth』! The single will contain three tracks for 1500 yen.
Along with the release, they’ll be sponsoring a two consecutive month events!
The first takes place on October 1st at Harajuku Astro Hall and is called 『Baptism of Angelianity Vol.1』. The second is on November 10th at Shibuya O-WEST, and titled 『Confirmation～聖光創誕～』 (Seikou Soutan). All those who attend either event will receive a special privilege.

Secilia Luna’s live and CD shop only release, 「Crescent」 is available as a free download through Angelianity via syncl!
So, how do you get it?
Well first, you need to sign up for a syncl account. Then head over to http://angelianity.syncl.jp/.
At the very top, in the right hand corner you’ll see a button that reads, 「お気に入りに登録」 (Okiniiri ni Touroku; Add to Favourites). Click it. From there you can click on the Download link on the Angelianity menu. Next, click on カート (Cart), which will put it in your account cart, and allow you to download it for free!
If you just want to sample the song, you can click on the Download button on http://angelianity.syncl.jp/ to check it out.

We already mentioned this but as a reminder, Seciliaルナ will now be written as Secilia Luna as of 5.26.09. Okay but thats not the only news for the band. We already told you guys they updated their new look with new members here, and now they have finally updated their site…sort of. They have yet to add actual links to the main page and they even have a section with their old line up here. You can find their live info here for now. They are also passing out a live only release Crescent at today’s live. (thanks to Dark Onyx for that)

Hello everyone! it’s that time again!
Today’s random fact comes from Kyoki of Secilia Luna.
Kyoki says he cannot be bitten by mosquitoes! He says that when they’re tired from flying they’ll stop and land on him, but they don’t bite him. He doesn’t gets bites or itches.
How amazing! Does anyone else not suffer from mosquito bites??
I don’t suffer from them, of course! I’m too much of a ninja-bunny for them!
