What happens after the vk days?

Take a moment to listen to the following music sample.

Now try to picture the band you think would be making this music.

This is them:

Well, the reason why I’m posting this is because the band, NAUGHTY DOGG, is actually comprised of five members, two of which were formerly involved in visual bands.

That’s quite the switch, don’t you think?
In NAUGHTY DOGG (which began back in 2007) is SHINDY on vocals, who used to be the bassist of Kublick and Leon. On guitar is KiMu, who is better known (at least in this fandom) as Tsubaki who used to be in Hanamuke and Porori.

I came across their music and I can honestly say I was just… surprised. Not a criticism of what they’re doing now (and I can’t lie, it actually is kind of catchy), but I thought fans might be interested in knowing what they’re up to.

On a closing note, SHINDY is a pretty good singer. You can check out more samples of the band on their JKEN page, if you’re interested.

moving-on

For anyone who was a fan of 礼 (Rei), formerly of Hanamuke and Leon, you might be interested to know that he’s moved on to a new band called Mexico∞タイフーン (Mexico Typhoon) under the name of Re→.

They’re not a visual band, so we won’t be updating about them, but there may be fans who want to check them out: http://mexico-typhoon.sunnyday.jp/
