Back in January Adrienne told you about Kuroyume & SADS comeback. Finally, we have more info about SADS’s new album!
The yet untitled album will be out on the 7th July in two types, regular edition for 3,150 yen including two disc (includes bonus greatest hits collection disc of their singles) and limited edition for 3,990 yen. Limited edition comes with a bonus DVD of an yet untitled PV and footage of their coming Budokan performance, which will take place on May 1st.
You can pre-order album from CD Japan already.

Kuroyume and SADS comeback

Well, here is some interesting news that I didn’t see coming for 2010 that will hopefully brighten up the year a bit!
Both SADS and Kuroyume will be making their comebacks this year! Kiyoharu is going to continue on with his solo work, as well as both Kuroyume and SADS. He wrote that he will be doing things at his own pace, and that “the things that I want to do, and the things that I can do, are united”.
Kuroyume originally formed in 1991, and carried on until January, 1999 when they went on an indefinite activity pause. In 2008, the band announced that they would official disband with a live on January 29th, 2009 at Nihon Budoukan, which we talked about here, called 「“the end” ～CORKSCREW A GO GO! FINAL～」.
Now, it has been announced that a new album will be released by Kuroyume, although a date has not been set. They will also be opening up an official fan club on February 9th called 「DARKROOM」.

SADS went on an activity pause more than six years ago, after originally forming in 1999 and then going on an activity pause in 2003.
With their return, they’ll be releasing a new album in July, having a live on May 1st at Budoukan, and opening up an official fan club called 「VIP」 on February 9th.

About both SADS and Kuroyume, Kiyoharu stated:
“We are not working with a fixed deadline. However, while [we're working on this], I think that if we get tired, we’ll probably take a break”.

Did you know Kiyoharu’s song SLOW was featured as the opening for the anime THE WALLFLOWER? How did he get that gig you ask? Well the creator of the manga Tomoko Hayakawa, is a huge fan of Kiyoharu! She actually gushes about him often within the footnotes and side columns of the manga. Its really quite cute.
I hope one day I can meet someone who looks up to me in such a way!!! ToT

As we talked about back here, Kiyoharu’s new single, 「LAW’S」 which is out on January 13th will be used as the image song in the new Wii game, 「バイオハザードダークサイド・クロニクルズ」 (Bio Hazard Darkside Chronicles).
Well, not only is his song going to be used, but Kiyoharu himself appears in the commercial! In the commercial, Kiyoharu is using a Wii remote like a pistol, to knock down the enemy characters.
The commercial was filmed in Chiba prefecture, and took over 20 hours to shoot. It will start airing on TV in Japan starting on January 4th.

清春 (Kiyoharu) will be releasing both a new single and a new DVD in the upcoming months!
Released first, will be his DVD which contains footage from his 41st birthday event which took place at Zepp Tokyo on October 30th. The DVD is coming out on December 30th, and will cost 6300 yen.
On January 13th, his new single 「LAW’S」, which is being used as the image song for the new Wii game, 「バイオハザードダークサイド・クロニクルズ」 (Bio Hazard Darkside Chronicles), will be released!
The CD is coming out in three different types.
The First Press Edition Type A comes with the CD plus a DVD that has the Bio Hazard version of the PV for 1680 yen.
The B Type of the First Press Edition also contains a CD and DVD, but the DVD has the Kiyoharu version of the PV, and costs 1890 yen.
Last but not least is the regular press edition that has the CD only for 1260 yen.

As I have mentioned in the past, Kiyoharu was said to be working on a new single and an album. He has now made it official! Kiyoharu has announced that he will be releasing a whole ton of releases! He has definitely been busy!
First release will be a single entitled “狂った果実” (kurutta kajitsu/mad berry) and will be released on May 13th in 3 different types. Type A will include the track “Hello, I Love You” plus a PV (1680 yen); Type B will include “Hello I Love You” and “CROW” + a DVD (1890 yen); Type C will include “Hello, I Love You” plus “SHARON” (1260 yen)
Second release will be another single that is currently unnamed, however it’ll be released some time in June and will be released in 3 types.
Lastly will be a full album release, set to be released some time in July.
We’ll make sure to keep you all informed once further details have been released about Kiyoharu’s later releases.

Thanks a lot to pengin for eagerly sending this in: Kiyoharu has announced on his blog that he is currently working on both a new single and a new album. So this is something for all you Kiyoharu fans to look forward to in the near future. No further details have been announced, but rest assured that we will definitely fill you in as soon as we get official word of it.

Kiyoharu’s 15th Anniversary Memorial Book

清春 (Kiyoharu) will be releasing a 「Kiyoharu 15th Anniversary Memorial Book」 (Tentative title) which covers his past fifteen years of activities, from Kuroyume to sads, finishing with Kuroyume’s final live that took place on January 29th.
The book will feature the “real Kiyoharu”, talking about his change in mental state in a long interview, as well as having never before seen photos. There will also be live reports from his activities over the year, and one from Kuroyume’s final live.
It is only available for purcahse via mail order, and they are taking reservations from now until March 15th. Shipments will be sent out in the middle of April. The book costs 6800 yen (including shipping within Japan), is a two book set that is B5 in size, containing 176 pages.

Kiyoharu’s newest releases

Kiyoharu is putting out a best album of singles called 「SINGLES」. The release will contain tracks selected by Kiyoharu and is coming out on December 24th for 2500 yen.
Along with the singles collection, Kiyoharu will be releasing a 黒夢 (Kuroyume) cover album on January 28th. The cover album is coming out in four types, and will be titled 「MEDLEY」.
There’s two versions of the 「MEDLEY PREMIUM BOX」 limited edition which comes with the CD, a karaoke version of the album, plus an original t-shirt. One is a version with a small sized t-shirt, and the other a medium sized shirt. Both versions are 6800 yen.
The third type is the CD plus DVD (that contains a PV) for 3800 yen. And the final, fourth type is the CD only for 3150 yen.
They’re also releasing Kuroyume’s former works in SHM-DC (Super HIgh Material CD) format in limited amounts.

For Kiyoharu fans, this DVD featuring his 40th birthday is a must have!

“BUZZ ROCK” 10th Anniversary Live

Now here is one heck of an interesting pairing.
シド (SID) and 清春 (Kiyoharu) are teaming up for a twoman live. The live marks a few different milestones – 15 years of activity for Kiyoharu, 10 years for the BUZZ ROCK program, 5 years for Kiyoharu’s solo carrer and SID’s major debut!
The twoman live will take place on December 1st at Namba Hatch and is called FM OSAKA”BUZZ ROCK”10th Anniversary LIVE!!!「BUZZ MANIAX」.
