Man you readers just love asking about jrockers who vanish huh? Its okay I don’t mind, especially when I know the answer!!! This time its about Shagrath who used to be in Aikaryu and IRODORI!

A: Flattery is gold my dear reader! Shagrath actually is pretty active in the session scene. We last spoke about him over here, a session called Ultimate Sonic. The project (which Shagarth will be in the line up) also has a an event with UNDER CODE on November 7th! You can follow him at his blog.

Second single from Eve

イヴ (Eve) is a new band, which we haven’t yet introduced. They started their activities in February and have already released a single entitled 「Case:A」.
Vocal: 武翔 (Takeru)
Guitar: Nao (ex-irodori as Aki)
Bass: けいた (Keita) (ex-Order in Disorder)
Guitar: Ryo
Ryo joined the band in March, but I couldn’t find a newer pic with him. Currently they seem to be searching a drummer and will release their second single too! 「淡色季節／BULLET」 (Tanshoku Kisetsu) will be released tomorrow, 25th February and cost 1,050 yen. The tracklist is:
1. 淡色季節 (Tanshoku Kisetsu)
2. BULLET
Hopefully we will hear more about them. I think that they are really promising.

IRODORI disbands

According to Grass thread and various live reports, IRODORI has announced that on March 20th after their performance at Kyoto Muse, they will be disbanding.
I haven’t seen any official comments from the members yet, but hopefully they’ll be posting an announcement soon.

January 5th at Shinsaibashi club ALIVE CROW MUSIC is having their first event of the new year, called 「This ambition of one year?」 featuring the following artists:
WHITEBLACK
Villain
IRODORI
マディーデュオール (Madieduor)
Rugia(g)gram
Sapuit
Magna
The price is 2500 yen per ticket.
However, debuting that day is another new band with familiar faces! The band’s name is Arian:rhod and the line-up is as follows:
Vocals - az (ex.Layla)
Guitar - 之 [Kore] (ex.HISKAREA)
Guitar - TOSHI(ex.VULGER)
Bass - 庚 [Kanoe] (ex.IRODORI)
Drums - 麗流 [Reiru] (ex.Vier la drain)
Doesn’t seem to be an OHP available yet, but when there’s more information we’ll update you! I thought at first it might just be a one time session band, however, Reiru’s journal says that it is a new band.

CROW MUSIC New Year’s Event

CROW MUSIC has announced their New Year’s event that’s taking place at Kyoto MUSE!
The live opens at 3:00 begins at 3:30 and costs 3000 yen to attend. The bands listed as performing are as follows:

CROW MUSIC DVD

CROW MUSIC is releasing an omnibus DVD called 「GOLD RUSH TOUR THE DVD」 on December 24th for 3990 yen!
The DVD contains footage from the coupling tour, 「GOLD RUSH」 that starts on November 3rd up until the tour final on November 18th. Even though it’s called ‘coupling tour’, the tour actually features all the bands on the CROW MUSIC label (WHITEBLACK, n’DooL, Villain, IRODORI, LICKER), as well as a guest (or two) at every stop.
Along with live footage, the DVD will contain off-shot film and excerpts from the instore events along the tour.

CROW THAT WORE CROWN

The CROW MUSIC label is releasing their first omnibus album called “CROW THAT WORE CROWN” on October 29th! (I swear I thought that said Crown that wore Crown originally).
It’s a two disc set that costs 3150. Disc one contains one song from each of the current artists on the label (WHITEBLACK, Irodori, Villain, n’DooL and LICKER). Disc two, contains songs from artists that were previously on the label over the past elevent years, chosen by TATSUMI.

IRODORI updates

Back in June, we posted that IRODORI was making their comeback!
The band has been busy – they’ve went through a member change, got some new costumes and a new theme! They’ll also be busy at the tail end of August until October so they’re working hard at making their return!
The members of the band now are:
Vocals - ルリ (Ruri)
Guitar - シャグラス (Shagrath)
Guitar - 朱葵 (Aki)
Bass - 優 (Yuu)
Drums - レガ (Rega)
And their theme? Well it’s “Adultic Rock Child”.

Miku posted about how IRODORI was making a come back!
They have a live scheduled for July 14th at Kyoto ARC DEUX alongside the other CROWMUSIC artists. However, this post isn’t about their return, but is an announcement that they are officially changing their name from being written as 彩～イロドリ～ to IRODORI.

Villain’s new look

So I come with a picture! This picture in particular is of the band Villain and their newest look~
Every one of there looks have been great, and this just tops the cake. For me, their looks just get better and better~
Oh, and if you haven’t yet, be sure to pre-order their new single “DISCHARGE” which will be out on June 25th. You can pre-order it over at CDJapan: Discharge / Villain and other cd shops.
A bit more news for Crow Music. It seems that the band 彩-イロドリ-(IRODORI) are coming back. Well, they have a few lives scheduled now for July and August. So be on the look out for changes with that band as well!
