Let’s start with release news – Girugamesh has now own Android application available. You can check latest news, blog entries and Twitter updates with it. So if you got Android phone, check it out! Secondly, new live DVD will come out next year in February. Details aren’t yet announced.
And then, the band will hold special 13 days long live oneman events at Shibuya WWW.

Girugamesh recently released a new album and also announced their schedules for their World Tour 2011.
Now they have announced that they will be taking part in Anime Boston 2011!
The Anime Boston 2011 will be taking place at Hynes Convention Center from 22nd – 24th April.
Girugamesh will be appearing on the first day of the festival, 22nd April.

Girugamesh – Album details and new look

Awesome news for Girguamesh fans!!
The band has announced a few months ago that they are going to release a brand new album on January 26th and here we are with album details and of course their new look, which just has been added to their homepage.
The album will be released in two types and it’s called [Go]. It’s already up for preorder at CDJapan, links can be found below. According to their homepage [Go] will be released in Europe on February 4th, too.

boogieman’s new singer decided

After Junno’s departure – the band put out a request for people to audition for the spot of vocalist. After months of auditioning singers they finally posted some sort of hint of their future! Today they posted a message stating the new singer will be revealed at their December 30th live at Shibuya C.C.Lemon Hall. The live being held is actually a cool 2 day event called 「Over The Edge ’10」.

ギルガメッシュ (Girugamesh) have announced that on October 6th, they will be releasing a brand new single!
The new single is yet to be titled, but it will be coming out in two types.
The first press edition will cost 2625 yen and come with two tracks plus a DVD that contains a 60 minute tour documentary of their summer tour.
The regular edition is 1260 yen and has three tracks.
Both versions are already available for pre-ordering on CDJapan so head on over and reserve your copy now!

Find MUCC on “MUCC’s Day” & be in their PV

Lots of exciting news for MUCC!
MUCC will be releasing their new single as we mentioned both here and here on the 9th June, which also happens to be *”MUCC’S Day”!
[*The number 6 is "roku" in Japanese but can also be read as "mu", and as the number 9 is "kyuu" it can be shortened to "ku" to be read as "69" = "mu ku" i.e. "Mukku".]
Along with their single release on this special day, the band will be holding an event 『ムックを捜せ！』 (Find MUCC!), where fans can search for MUCC both at the event in Shibuya and virtually.
To take part, all fans must purchase the First Press edition of the single 『約束』 (yakusoku), which will enclose a an I.D. card with a number/code that they will need. They then access the “MUCC Day” website either through their mobile/cell phones or through their computer. There are then 3 methods in which fans can participate:
01. Find MUCC in “real time”
This event in Shibuya will take place on the 9th June, starting at 6pm and ending at 9pm, where fans search for MUCC and find stamps to stamp on their sheet.
02. Find MUCC “virtually”
Using your PIGGS (avatars) on Ameba blogs, you can find the MUCC member’s PIGGs in the virtual Shibuya in the Ameba world and collect their special “keywords”.
03. “Reccommend” MUCC
With each member now part of Twitter as we mentioned here, if you send them a “nice” (interesting, funny) comment you could be chosen!
Those who participate and apply will be entered into a lottery where they could recieive an invitation to take part in the shooting of their new PV on 12th June! It will be at ‘Palette Town’ in Odaiba, where the lucky chosen fans can go see a free gig which will be used in the music video.

Whilst not forgetting the band’s autumn tour as we mentioned here, they are busy taking part in 3 more upcoming events;
01. 『NEXUS J-ROCK GOES TO THE WORLD』 on the 6th June at the ‘NEXUS STUDIO COAST’ in Tokyo, along with bands 葵 (aoi), ＬＣ５, ギルガメッシュ (Gilgamesh) and Plastic Tree. Tickets for first floor standing are now on sale for 5,250yen. To buy them and for more information, see here.

As we mentioned at the beginning of the month, ギルガメッシュ (Girugamesh) have announced that they’ll be releasing a new single this summer!
Well, more details are available!
Although there isn’t a title, the single will be out on July 7th and in two types.
The first prses edtion costs 2625 yen, and comes with a two track single, plus a DVD that contains 60 minutes worth of video! The video contents include a live digest from their live on January 31st at Shinkiba STUDIO COAST and a tour doucmentary from their 2010 tour, 「This is “NOW”」.
The regular edition is 1260 yen and contains three tracks in total.

And now for something completely different. Girugamesh collaborated with a German company called DesignSkins, which designs and produces skins for various electronic devises, like laptops, mobile phones and iPods:

Since the site is completely in German and it might be difficult for some fans to order what they would like because of it, I’ve decided to make a little tutorial for those interested!
