Dacco’s new mini

Dacco have announced that on April 7th, they will be putting out a new mini-album!
The title will be 「フレッシュ＆エナジー」 (Fresh & Energy) and it will be a six track mini-album for 2300 yen.
The band has also announced their spring oneman tour which will cover five areas and be called 「フレッシュ＆エナジー～コンサート編～」 (Fresh & Energy~Concert-hen~):
April 17th @ HOOK SENDAI
Aprl 24th @ Fukuoka DRUM SON
May 1st @ Osaka KNAVE

A movie starring Ninjaman Japan

There’s a new V.A. (Various Artists) release that’s coming out on December 1st called 「ニンジャマンジャパン 緊急指令！Bijuを救え！の巻」 (Ninjaman Japan Kinkyuu Shirei! Biju wo Sukue! no Kan).
What is it? Well, it’s a “thrilling movie starring Ninjaman Japan”. The movie is an action story, and wonderfully incorporates a ‘course’ on ‘how to enjoy visual kei’.
The DVD will also feature four Ninjaman Japan songs and PVs, as well as interviews that reveal the original story, full coverage of their filming location, a bloopers reel, as well as interviews.

Lida’s solo concert

Lida will be having his third solo concert, called “Lida presents – KATARI – vol. 3″ on January 16th at Shimokitazawa GARDEN.
The show will cost 3000 yen to attend, and tickets go on sale starting December 20th.

Look out! Here comes yet another new band! This one is called Ninjaman Japan (ニンジャマンジャパン) They are composed of some familiar faces and formed just the other day on June 1st. There’s no official photo as of yet, but I will introduce the members of this band:

Psycho le Cemu celebrates 10 years

Psycho le Cemu will be going on a short tour to celebrate 10 years since their formation. The tour will be called 「Legend of Sword」, kicks off in June, and covers three venues.
June 6th @ YOKOHAMA BLITZ (～復活の海～) (Fukkatsu no Yumi; Sea of Revival)
June 7th @ YOKOHAMA BLITZ (～情熱の大地～) (Jounetsu no Daichi; Passion of the Land)
June 12th @ ZEPP TOKYO (～伝説は空へ～) (Densetsu wa Sora e; Legend to the Sky)
Tickets cost 5250 yen and go on sale starting April 25th.

Yesterday at YURAsama’s birthday event, the formation of a new project called “Brother” took place!
It has quite the interesting line-up:
Vocals - 真実 (Makoto)
Guitar - Reo (ex-Guy’s Family)
Guitar - 最鋭輝 (Motoki)
Bass - yuhsuke (ex-TINC)
Drums - YURAsama (Dacco, ex-Psycho le Cemu)
The band will be having their first oneman live on October 29th at Omotesandou FAB called 「夢篝～Assemble determination」 (Yume Kagari).

Dacco’s 6th Single!

Dacco will be releasing their sixth single entitled 「あといとうとえと♪おともだち♪」 (A to I to U to E to ♪ O-tomodachi ♪)! It’s a song that’s intended for families, and based on a counting song about the Zodiac animals.
The catch to this one is that they’re only selling it through mail order on their OHP and through Amazon.co.jp. Those who purchase the release through their OHP will also receive photographs shot from the PV shooting (limited to the first 300 copies).
The CD will be for pre-ordering on their OHP starting on September 16th and through Amazon on the 22nd.

Lots of anniversaries going on lately, eh?
Anyways, to celebrate three years since their formation Dacco has announced they’ll be having an “Anniversary Commemoration Lunch Show & Dinner Show”. It will take place at Shibuya duo MUSIC EXCHANGE on July 12th. And really, they are just that. With each of the lives you get a meal.
Tea time (or the lunch show) opens at 2:00, starts at 3:00 and is 5500 yen to attend. Tea time comes with one dish.
The dinner show, opens at 6:00, starts at 7:00 and is a whopping 7700 yen but that does include your meal.

Gargoyle, in case anyone doesn’t know, is a band that’s been around for … well, a long time. They formed in July of 1987 in Osaka, and released their first full album in October of 1989. While they were more active some years than others, they’ve kept up new releases and lives throughout the past … twenty-one years.
… really? That long?
Anyways, the tribute album looks like it has a lot of interesting bands on it!

Okay, so I have a lot of information about upcomming lives.
First, we’ll start with Dacco.
They’ve released the dates and locations of their spring oneman concert tour.

Next up, is Miyavi!
And, this news actually surprised me a little. Don’t know why, I should have seen it coming for a while now… but hey. Any and all Miyavi fans will be glad to know that in 2008 that boy is going on a world tour.
That’s right. It’s called “THIS IZ THE JAPANESE KABUKI ROCK TOUR 2008″ (Love it).
He plans to cover the USA, Germany, England, France, Finland, Korea, Taiwan and China.
I’m sure more details will be posted somewhere on the internet at a later time. (They might be now, but I still have to pack so I can’t go searching. If you find anything, feel free to comment here).

Not many details on the next one, but TINC (ex-Shelly Trip Realize… which was a WAY cooler name) will be having their first oneman live of the new year on April 20th at Takadanobaba AREA. The particulars will be released at a later date.

Last but not least is Alice Nine with the announcement of their “premium live” (what the hell does that mean?) called “STROBO LIGHTS～aliceneine.Premium live show～” that will take place on February 14th at Shibuya’s C.C Lemon Hall.
So those of you and ONLY those of you who are club ALICE members are able to get the SS and S section seating (it goes SS, S, A, B… from closest to the stage to farthest from the stage) and are able to take photographs of the live with cameras they will be giving you as a present.
However, if you want those premium seats you’ll be paying dearly for them. SS seats are 10,500 yen, S seats are 8400 yen, A level are 4200 yen (at least that’s more normal) and B seats are 3675 yen (bring some binoculars… I’m just kidding).
Tickets will go on sale starting January 26th and I can imagine they’ll sell out pretty damn fast. So if you want one, you better jump on it.
