Not only have they announced their return to Europe, D will also explore new territory in 2012 with their first South American tour. They will visit Argentina, Brazil and Chile in May.

D returning to America

D will be making their way back to America but this time they will perform at PMX! This will be D’s first performance at PMX and will actually be performing twice through out the weekend!
D will be live and in concert at Pacific Music Live 11 on Friday, Nov. 11 and Saturday, Nov. 12. D will be attending a focus panel, autograph session and more throughout PMX11.
D will be performing two concerts at PMX. Part I will be on Friday night and Part II will be on Saturday night. Each night will have a different set list featuring hits from throughout the band’s history.
PMX will take place on November 11th – 13th at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport.

Shion over at Babel Entertainment has been working hard for fans this summer. Not only did Babel bring over the amazing acts D and BLOOD STAIN CHILD but they helped with a fashion show, finished their second issue of Babel their metal/vk magazine AND spread the word of VK to many new fans! This fall, they are bringing in the amazing Takashi O’hashi and ALSDEAD to HEXXP! Are you guys going?!
They will presenting a live report tonight over at their site. Be sure to listen in and support them and tell them thanks for all their hard work they do with their magazine and with bands!

D’s new single

Thanks to UchihaNoChikara for not only emailing us but also commenting on this news! D will be releasing a new single on July 28th It’s called “鳥籠御殿 〜L’Oiseau bleu〜 (Torikago Goten ~L’Oiseau bleu~)”
You can get this single in two types: Type A has one track and pv. Type B has two tracks and an instrumental for the title track. A new tour under the same name will take place later this year.
At A-Kon we got a chance to ask the band about the new release. Asagi commented that the theme of this new release is based on the Bluebird of Happiness European tale. He also commented that they are still working on titles for their new songs for this release.

Dear fans of D in overseas
As you might already know, many concerts and events are canceled or postponed due to the earthquake that happened on March 11th, 2011 in Japan.
However, please rest assured that, D’s European Tour and their performance at A-Kon will go on as planned.
D hope to encourage and deliver hope to the people in the stricken area through music.
Our sincere sympathy goes to the victims of the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake Disaster. Also we wish for a fast reconstruction of these areas hit by the earthquakes.
Therefore looking ahead and making plans for the future is one major aspect of recovery.

According to CDJapan, D will release a new live DVD on April 27th, which is called [D Live Tour 2010 "In the name of justice" Final] and it will cost 5000 Yen.
Live DVD release from D featuring footage of the band’s concert at SHIBUYA-AX on Dec. 30, 2010. They played “In the name of justice” and more for 28 tracks total.

According to CD Japan D are going to release a new album on January 12th. This album will be released in 3 types, there are no details yet about the tracklist or covers, just that Type A contains two CD’s, Type B contains CD + DVD, Type C contains just one CD as it seems.

This is what I call an amazing piece of news! It seems there will be a new cover omnibus album and a really cool one, I have to admit! Current Visual Kei bands are going to cover some of the biggest hits from the 90′s from the VK scene. Doesn’t it sound awesome?

D are releasing another single this year entitled “in the name of justice”.
It is scheduled to be released on November 10th and comes in 3 types.
A and B type are CD+DVD and cost 1,890yen and C type is the CD and costs 1,050yen.
Type A will include the music video for “In the name of Justice”, while the DVD contents of Type B are still undecided.

musicJAPANplus has announced that they are going to present a talk show with the the band D. The special will air twice, first showing will be on September 3rd and the replay will air the next morning on September 4th. Remember to check their USTREAM for coverage and news on the event. As you all know, D is going to release a new single on the 28th of July, although it was originally planned to be put out on the 30th of July. It will be entitled 「赤き羊による晩餐会」(Akaki Hitsuji ni Yoru Bansankai) and as mentioned before, it will come in 3 types.

D are releasing new all silver accessories for 7th Rose.

They have three items up for sale, all in rose theme, of course: a ring, a pendant, and a necklace.
7th Rose Ring
A beautifully designed rose ring that has three dimensional thorns and 6 stones set asymmetrically with the vines on each side.
The 7th stone in the center can be customized and you can choose from synthetic ruby, cubic zirconia, synthetic sapphire, onyx, garnet, amethyst, and peridot.
It comes in sizes #5 – #24, has a height of 14mm, is made from silver 925, and the six stones that aren’t customizable are all synthetic ruby.
It costs 19,950yen (tax-in) and you’ll get a small purse and special commodity case that it’ll ship in.
7th Rose Pendant
This pendant has six stones on the Vatican part, and on the back the thorns carefully create the D logo quite artistically, and the 7th stone in the middle can of course be chosen by the buyer.
The 7th stone in the center can be customized and you can choose from synthetic ruby, cubic zirconia, synthetic sapphire, onyx, garnet, amethyst, and peridot.

The concept of this project D design is to depict seven roses all with a stone in them, the seventh rose at the center can have the stone color picked yourself.

The size is 23mm in height, 15mm in width, made from silver 925, the six non-customizable stones are synthetic ruby, and you can choose between 40cm,45cm, and 50cm necklace length.
