クロビナ (Kurobina) will be releasing a new two track single on February 29th!
The single is called 「カゲロウ」 (Kagerou) and it will cost 1050 yen.

Great news for all 水樂 (Byakura) fans!
The band is going to release a new single on June 8th! It will be called 「蜃気楼」
To commemorate the release, they will have a oneman live on June 4th at Ikebukuro RUIDO K3, entitled 『序幕の盃』(Jomaku no Hai). Tickets are 2500 yen in advance and 3000 yen at the door.

Sequence Records closes down

Many people sent this in about Tomozo talking about closing his label SEQUENCE RECORDS. The label has already deleted their official blog and I am sure the site will probably be down by the end of spring if not sooner. So what does this mean for the current artists?? The label only had 2 current bands, Art Cube and byakura. While they produced releases for Zabel and ZELGYER. Tomozo already announced a few exciting things for the new year, first off even thought Sequence Records is now closed – he has started up a new label called SOUNDTRAP ENTERTAINMENT, where Zabel and byakura are both added as artists. The official birth was on January 1st, 2011.
What do you think about the new label? I wonder if he will still do +ISOLATION or ESCAPE?? The label just had their 10th anniversary, so its sad to see it go, but I am excited to see the changes SOUNDTRAP brings.

Release date change for Sequence Records’ VA

Seems like there was an error on the new Sequence Records VA and now the release date has been pushed back. Instead of being released on December 29th of this year, we’ll have to wait another month for the release! New date for release is on January 26th. We first talked about the release over here.

New omnibus from Sequence Records

Indie label Sequence Records will be having its 10th anniversary soon and has decided to release an omnibus to celebrate. The omnibus is called FINAL SUMMIT, and will be released on December 29th.
The two-disc release will collect songs (including some SE tracks) from the many artists that Sequence Records has signed or supported over the years. It seems that all of the songs will be previously-released ones, but they will be remastered. In addition to some as-yet unannounced ones, participating artists include:

This is what I call an exciting piece of news – 水樂 (Byakura) will be releasing a new single soon!
The single will go on sale on October 20th under the title 『ゆびきり』(Yubikiri). The cost of it will be 1500 yen and the tracklist is as follows:
1. ゆびきり (Yubikiri)
2. 喪失 (Soushitsu)
3. 彩色の鈴 (Saishiki no Suzu)
However, it will be available in special pre-sale on October 17th during the band’s concert at HOLIDAY SHINJUKU.

Omnibus album, event and bus tour

There’s a new omnibus album coming out on May 10th called 『 -無限大∞感染-』 (Mugendai ∞ Kansen; Infinity∞Infection)! It iwll feature eleven bands: AibeLL, Art Cube, GallowS, シネマストリップ (Cinema Strip), Since1889, チーキィ (Cheeky), デンジャー☆ギャング (Danger☆Gang), 水樂 (Byakura), Venus, 焔 (Homura) and Rubik.
The CD will be on sale at livehouses starting April 18th at the Z & S Coupling Tour by the same name, which is sponsored by Zёnit Music Factory Co.Ltd. ＆ Sequence Records:
April 18th @ HOLIDAY OSAKA
April 19th @ HOLIDAY NAGOYA
April 25th @ Yokohama FORCE
May 3rd @ Meguro Rock Maykan
May 10th @ Urawa Narciss (Tour Final)
Tickets go on sale starting March 1st.
They’re also planning something kind of cool with Danger Gang, Homura and Cinema Strip. Twenty-five lucky fans will have a chance to go on a ‘bus tour’ with the bands, to their lives on April 18th in Osaka and on the 19th in Nagoya.
The party will travel from Tokyo (taking a night bus) and arrive in Osaka at 10:00am on April 18th. There will be a few hours of free time, then the event. After the live, participants will go bathing in a health spa. After that, everyone will head to Nagoya, where again there will be free time, followed by the performance, and then back to Tokyo.
Those who want to participate must register between February 25th and March 20th. The cost is 18900 yen (which covers the bus cost ONLY) and will only be held if there is a minimum of 20 people going.

Byakura is looking extra amazing with their new fall outfits! Their tour is ending in October and they had a cool little contest, if you collected 5 stamps out of the 9 lives/locations you get a prize! Wonder what they prize is!? They also annouced that they will be playing at the 8th Anniversity Sequence Summit at November 29th, not even the SR site has fully announced the event!

Sequence Records in one of the coolest labels out there and they just got a little cooler with this new event. Tuesday, April 29, the label and its bands will be playing in a large event called: Sequence SUMMIT-ファン感謝DAY- or Thank the fans day at 静岡GLOBAL TASTE. Ah of course the live is only for fan club members but still its a pretty cool thing!

It seems that Tomozo is on a roll with adding new bands to his label. As of March 1st the band 水樂 (Byakura) is now on Sequence Records. The band will have their first Demo CD (free at lives) called “『紅浮世』” (Kurenai Ukiyo) on May 24th and they’ll release 『なぞりうた』(Nazori uta) on June 24.
Pretty cool, eh?
