Do you guys still remember カラス (Karasu), super unit project by Tatsurou? They perfomed again at Jack in the Box event and announced a second single release!
The new single is entitled as 「free」. It will come out October 27th in two types, limited edition costs 1,800 yen and includes again a DVD with music clip and regular edition which costs 1,200 yen. The song from the release will be used as opening theme for new anime of Asahi TV, 「バトルスピリッツ ブレイヴ」 (Battle Spirits Brave).

It has come to our attention that as of today, Ayabie will be disbanding after six years of activity.
Regarding Ayabie,
For the group to progress in harmony with one another, the band members have decided to go on their separate ways.
Among the members Yumehito, Takehito, Intetsu, and Kenzo, the four have decided to continue on as a new band, and from August onwards, all such details regarding activities and the new fan club will be posted on this official homepage.

Dearest everyone, this is it.
I completely understand how everyone feels.
So much it hurts.

It’s been roughly a year since Ayabie’s major debut.
Ayabie’s activities have begun to slow as changes in the circumstances around us have grown.

More than anything, I just wanted Ayabie to continue making music that was us.
Even if the circumstances around us couldn’t change quickly enough, I believed that as long as the feelings of the five of us started coming together again, we could do anything.
In the end, at the very last moment, I tried to find even the smallest possibility of that happening, but I’ve realized that I couldn’t find anything any more.
I’m really sorry.
From here on, I’ll start again with Yumehito, Intetsu, and Kenzo.
I hope that all of you will come to understand this someday.

The single will be entitled 「MI DA RA」 and it will go on sale on September 8th in two types, a limited one with bonus DVD for 1500 yen and a regular one for 1000 yen:

Some time ago we told about Ayabie’s plans to release a single next June, but fans have even more to wait for!
The band is going to release a DVD of their Spring Tour 「彩-irodori-」, which followed their first major album. DVD is filmed at the final show April 1st and titled 「「彩-irodori-」Tour Final LIVE@ZEPP TOKYO」. It will be out July 14th and costs 5,800 yen.
Title of the new single has changed and is now「ドラマティック」(Dramatic). Single will be released 16th June and tracklists are as follows:

彩冷える (Ayabie) will be releasing a new maxi-single on June 16th which is tentatively called 「きら星」 (Kiraboshi). The single will be coming out in three types; two first press editions plus a regular editions.
The first press edition Type A costs 1890 yen, and comes with four tracks. Two original tracks, plus two instrumental versions. The DVD contains the PV for both tracks along with the behind the scenes footage from the PV shooting.
Type B of the first press edition is also 1890 yen, and while the CD contents are the same, the difference is in the DVD. This version’s DVD contains both PVs, but instead comes wth tour footage and behind the scenes clips.
Last but not least we have the regular press edition that costs 1260. This one contains six tracks; the same two tracks as Types A and B, plus a third and instrumentals of each song. It also comes with one randomly selected trading card.
The band has also announced that they will be selling their first band score! It’s set to be released ‘at the end of March’, and according to Amazon.co.jp, it’s being sent out starting tomorrow, March 28th.
The band score is for their album 「彩-irodori-」 that was released on January 27th. The band score is 3150 yen and includes 192 B5 sized pages. Anyone interested in purchasing it through Amazon Japan can click here.
On April 18th, footage from Ayabie’s live on February 22nd at NHK Hall will be broadcasted on MUSIC JAPAN’s 「ネオ・ビジュアル系 春爛漫の宴2010」 (Neo Visual Shunranman no Utage 2010). The show will be airing for half an hour, from 6:10pm until 6:40pm. They do note that the contents of the show are subject to change.
Last but not least, Aoi fans might be interested to know that on May 3rd he will be participating as a model in the Sixh. x MensSPIDER FASHION SHOW & LIVE that takes place at Harajuku La Foret Museum. Tickets to the show cost 3675 yen a piece. Also participating, are イロクイ。 (Irokui.) and シリアル⇔NUMBER (Serial NUMBER).

彩冷える (Ayabie) have announced that they will be releasing a new album on January 27th called 「彩-irodori-」. The album is coming out in three different types.
The first press edition type A is 3500 yen and comes with 10 tracks plus a bonus track, as well as a DVD with footage from their live on October 26th at Shibuya AX called ～ayabie live tour「colorful rock party」FINAL～ which includes live and backstage video. Enclosed is a special privilege Ayabie mini-panel, type A.
The first press edtion type B is also 10 tracks plus a bonus track (different from the type A) and a DVD for 3500 yen. The type B DVD contains footage from their stay in Taiwan, recording off-shots and live reherasal off-shots. Inside there is an Ayabie mini-panel, type B.
Last but not least is the regular press edition for 2800 yen, which comes with the 10 tracks plus 2 bonus tracks, a 56 page photo collection, and the mini-panel, type C.

For some reason, we seemed to skip past this release! But, there’s no time like the present.
Ayabie will be releasng a new single on December 2nd, which was originally planned for November 18th, called 「サヨナラ」 (Sayonara).

カラス (Karasu) is a new neo visual kei “super unit” that has a very interesting composition of musicians!
The line-up for the project is:
Vocals - 逹瑯 (Tatsurou) [from MUCC]
Guitar - ヒロト (Hiroto) [from Alice 9]
Guitar - 美月 (Mizuki) [from Sadie]
Bass - dunch [from jealkb]
Drums - ケンゾ (Kenzo) [from Ayabie]
Originally, the band was meant to only be a one night jam session, organized by the vocalist, Tatsurou. However, they now are like a crow, which has grown and expanded, and is spreading its wings.
They first performed on August 15th at the MAVERICK DC GROUP PRESENTS JACK IN THE BOX 2009 SUMMER live. They played two cover songs, as well as their original number, 「LASTICA」, which you can hear a sample of on their official MySpace.
For three months after their performance, the band has been busy “underwater” recording, and this November have brought 「LASTICA」 back to the scene with their 「LASTICA Studio ver.」. They are adding the finishing touches to the song which is catchy, and has an industrial sound with passionate lyrics, perfectly appropriate for “neo visual kei”.
Is ‘Karasu’ (which means ‘crow’) something that will fly away and disappear? Or, is it something magnificent, willful, that will suddenly and unexpected swoop down on you? From here on, you will not be able to take your eyes away from their activities.
