アヲイ (Awoi) will be releasing a new mini-album on March 21st!
This will be their fourth mini-album, and it’s titled 「蜘蛛の糸」 (Kumo no Ito). Tracklist and pricing information is not yet available.
However, they have announced that in commemoration for the release they will be having oneman lives in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and Hakata.

Hello my lovely readers!
I’m so happy to hear that so many of you are glad to have me back!
Today’s random fact is about Awoi. The new mini-album, CHILDREN, is coming out at the end of the month, on October 26th. In one of his most recent blog entries, Shin compared their newest work to the White Album by the Beatles!
He said,
Without fear of being mistaken, so to speak, the Beatles’ “White Album” was like an experiment, and in the same sense, so is Awoi’s “CHILDREN”.

アヲイ (Awoi) has announced a new mini-album release! This will be their 3rd mini-album and comes out this month, October 26th. The title is CHILDREN.

「UNITED LINK for JAPAN」 event and ombinus

UNDER CODE PRODUCTION has announced a charity event and ombinus album release, both entitled as 「UNITED LINK for JAPAN」. The money they gain will be donated to Japan Red Cross.

Great news for Awoi fans!
According to their mail magazine, Otogi has announced on their tourfinal 「the ending of abelcain」which was held on January 29th that the band will release a brand new mini-album on May 25th.
So far there aren’t any other details but the release date but we will keep you informed for sure!

boogieman’s new singer decided

After Junno’s departure – the band put out a request for people to audition for the spot of vocalist. After months of auditioning singers they finally posted some sort of hint of their future! Today they posted a message stating the new singer will be revealed at their December 30th live at Shibuya C.C.Lemon Hall. The live being held is actually a cool 2 day event called 「Over The Edge ’10」.

Good news for アヲイ (Awoi) fans! The band gained new members recently and are now ready to release a new single! 「abelcain」 will come out November 24th in two types.
Regular edition of the single will have four tracks and cost 1,680 yen. Limited edition has three tracks + DVD and costs 2,310 yen.

Some time ago アヲイ (Awoi) have lost their drummer ヒロ (Hiro). Today they have announced that they added two new members to their ranks though, not only a new drummer, but also a second guitarist.
The new guitarist’s name is 慎 (Sin) and the new drummer is called Ryo. They both used to be in a band called LOKI, Sin was known as Zachi and Ryo as Tumi. Anyway, you can see their profile pics below:

Awoi loses Hiro

アヲイ (Awoi) have announced that their drummer, ヒロ (Hiro), will be leaving the band after their live on April 17th at OSAKA MUSE.
The following comment from Hiro has been posted on the band’s OHP:
To the Fans of Awoi,
I’m sorry for the unexpected announcement.
At this time, we have decided that after our live on April 17th, I, Hiro, will be leaving Awoi.There are many different reasons as to why I’ve decided to leave, however, the biggest reason is due to personal circumstances.
I’ve been worrying about it a lot, and we had many discussions about it.
As a result, I chose the path of “leaving” [the band].
I don’t really know what I should say, but this is how I honestly feel.
It’s been about three and a half years since I started as support and became an official member of the band, and the time I’ve spent with Awoi has honestly been packed with great things, and it’s something that would be difficult to replace.
The last live with the current line-up will be on April 17th, and I hope that we can make that an amazing live to bring things to a finish [for me as a member of the band].
There isn’t a lot of time left, but I’ll put all my energy into Awoi until the very end, so I hope that you will continue to support me.

Back in September, we talked about アヲイ (Awoi) releasing their first mini-album on November 25th!
At that time, not many details were avilable but they have since updated their OHP with the rest of the information!
Once again, the mini-album will be called 「ZACRO」, and it costs 2310 yen for six tracks:
