Back here, we talked about Art Cube heading to South America. Unfortunately, the band has had to cancel the plans for their March tour.
They have posted the following announcement on the Sequence Records OHP:
At this time, we have had to cancel our South American tour that was planned for March 2010 due to scheduling circumstances.
We sincerely apologize to all of the fans and those connected to the band who were looking forward to our performances.
Wow Rock, who were organizing the event, have posted this notice on their OHP regarding the turn of events:
Attention!
We are very displeased and sad to announce that the Art Cube South American Tour of March 2010 will be postponed to a later date because of the following fact:
BNQ, an events company from Brazil, has not fulfilled their part of the imposed contract by the producers J-Shock Team and Wow Rock. BNQ has not answered in a timely manner and defaulted on the agreement for the first outlay of the tour due to circumstances that BNQ can not control. Since BNQ has failed with the sworn deal, we will not allow Art Cube to continue with the tour.
A tour of international magnitude should be taken seriously for both the public and artists sake. Both sides of the tour management must fulfill their duties in good faith, or it will not happen. In light of this problem, we’re announcing that J-Shock Team and Wow Rock are in negotiations again for a new tour later in the 2010 year.
Art Cube and the fans were highly anticipating this tour but J-Shock Team and Wow Rock will not realize an event without the absolute certainty that it will not be cancelled by the other party. We trusted in BNQ with the knowledge and work history of this company and with their signature in a legal contract, that we never imagined they would do something like this.
From now on, J-Shock Team is on the forefront for the realization of the next event.
For information about the cancellation, please contact BNQ company.
