Today’s fact is about someone we really like here at Shattered-Tranquility. AZ! Did you know she is going to be married next spring? Its true – she will wed a guitarist named Kiyo who played session with her in November.
She calls it a “work romance” and even though he is younger than her she seems really happy!! Lets wish the two the very best!!!

AZ starting new band

AZ updated that while she is staying in the Kansai area she is developing a new band. She left Arian:Rhod due to not being able to contact the leader of the band, she doesn’t name names on which member was considered the leader. She thanks everyone who supported the group even though her time with the band was short. Seems thats probably the end of Arian:Rhod. Man this has been happening alot with bands right?
She is acting in a session called DEATH CRUNCH until the new band is ready to be revealed! We will keep you guys updated with AZ’s new band!

Q. oh great and powerful Ernie. i have tried several times to locate Az’s blog and i have failed. do you possibly know the url to her blog?
A. She has moved blogs a couple of times but she always keeps the title Straight Number. Her old blog was located here. But her current blog is located here. Also as a bonus, her personal site is here.

AZ fact again! This fact can actually be shared with many vkers but one of her favorite designers is Vivienne Westwood. For those who don’t know, Westwood is well known for crazy tall shoes and the orb designs.
I wonder if I could rock one of these cool bling bling orbs? Anyone have any Vivienne Westwood items?

Lets talk about women in vk. One of coolest is AZ, she has started to add to her collection of piercings in her ears. One of her favorite things are butterflies and she showed us her new jewelry piece.

AZ just updated about her new band’s homepage! Ah well not much is up besides their profile and we can only wait to see their visuals or hear their music. So the band is starting the New Year off right! Arian:rhod had their first official live at the CROW MUSIC event we talked about here. I am super excited about this band!

January 5th at Shinsaibashi club ALIVE CROW MUSIC is having their first event of the new year, called 「This ambition of one year?」 featuring the following artists:
WHITEBLACK
Villain
IRODORI
マディーデュオール (Madieduor)
Rugia(g)gram
Sapuit
Magna
The price is 2500 yen per ticket.
However, debuting that day is another new band with familiar faces! The band’s name is Arian:rhod and the line-up is as follows:
Vocals - az (ex.Layla)
Guitar - 之 [Kore] (ex.HISKAREA)
Guitar - TOSHI(ex.VULGER)
Bass - 庚 [Kanoe] (ex.IRODORI)
Drums - 麗流 [Reiru] (ex.Vier la drain)
Doesn’t seem to be an OHP available yet, but when there’s more information we’ll update you! I thought at first it might just be a one time session band, however, Reiru’s journal says that it is a new band.
