Ap(r)il releasing a live-sold-only single

It was announced on their OHP that Ap(r)il will release a single 『METRO』 that will be available from their 22th January live in Ikebukuro BLACKHOLE and later lives. It will contain 2 songs and will be priced 1000 Yen.
By the way, here’re Ap(r)il’s country-wide tour 『METROMU6』 upcoming live dates:

The return of Codomo Dragon

We told you guys about the short lived session Codomo Dragon – well it seems November 2010 they stated the REAL Codomo Dragon will start! So here we are in 2011 and a few weeks ago they opened an official site! They have a new look, a new site and a handful of lives in 2011 already! Including the event for ASTRO BOY we updated about back in March. The event is in a few days on June 19th at 池袋 (Ikebukuro) BlackHole – with the following bands: ASTRO BOY, Ap(r)il, PIECE, Codomo Dragon and DragonWAPPPPPPER.

3 months consecutive releases for Ap(r)il

Ap(r)il announced that they will be having consecutive single releases for the month of April, May & June.
The first single『Heart 8eat!!』will be releasing on April 27th, while second single『CRACKER$』will be releasing on May 25th and lastly the third single『FUZZ GRAPHIX』will be releasing on June 22nd.
All singles will cost 1575 yen each and will each contain 3 songs.
So far, only the tracklist for [Heart 8eat!!] is being released.

Also, on April 18th, the band will be having a 3rd Anniversary Two-man live with Downer.
This [Ap(r)il×Downer] two man live will take place @ Higashi Kōenji 20000 Den Atsu.

1st mini-album for RED universe

RED universe have announced that they’ll be releasing their first mini-album soon!
It will be entitled 「BUTTERFLY EFFECT」and will go on sale on December 1st for 2625 yen. The tracklist is as follows:

New single and sponsored events for BugLug

Some amazing news for all BugLug’s fans! Not only is the band going to release a new single in August, but also planning to sponsor few events, mainly to commemorate that fact!
First of all, the new release is going to be put out on the 18th of August and the single itself will be entitled 「メイドインマイン。」. It will come in two types – limited one for 1890 yen and a regular one for 1260 yen.

As mentioned above, the band is going to hold few events to celebrate the fact that they’re releasing the new single. The short tour is going to be entitled 「BUG’s Tricks Capture1〜規格外のスマイル〜」(BUG’s Tricks Capture1〜Kikakugai Smile〜). The dates and venues are as follows:

New single for Ap(r)il

Ap(r)il have announced that they’ll be releasing a new single on the 8th of September!
It will be entitled「JUST 4U」and will come in 2 types: Type A for 2100 yen, containing 3 songs + 1 PV and Type B – for 1575 yen and including 3 songs only. However, the 3rd song will be different on both types!

Ap(r)il’s new member and single

Back in February, Ap(r)il lost their drummer, Hisato.
However, at their two year anniversary event on May 14th at Takadanobaba AREA, the band announced that support drummer 優 (Yuu) became an official member of the band!
They haven’t updated the OHP with his information yet, but vocalist ひなた (Hinata) did post about it in his blog. Hinata wrote, “Honestly, I’ve known him since high school, and he’s a guy who I’ve always wanted to someday be on stage making music with, so I’m really happy!“.
In other Ap(r)il related news, the band announced at that same live that they will be releasing a PV single in September, followed by a series of events from September to December! More details as they are released.
The band also has some new costumes, and they ask fans to look forward to seeing the update on their OHP.

Last month, Lawren told you Ap(r)il would be having two months of consecutive releases. Well we finally have some more details about that.
They don’t say anything about the type of CD it will be, but I guess it’s going to be two maxi-singles, but don’t think it’s true until we know more about it. Anyway, the first CD is called 「PLEDGE」 and will be released on September 23rd. But it will have a pre-sale during their live on September 16th at Takadanobaba AREA.
The second one is entitled 「JUMPER」and will be released on October 28th. But once again, you can get it earlier if you go see them live on October 16th at Takadanobaba AREA.

The members from Ap(r)il have created original accessories which can be found and ordered right here.
The items are as follows:
 Earring - 4000 yen (for one) |
 Bracelet - 12,000 yen |
 Pendant - 10,000 yen (No chain) |
 Ring - 15,000 yen |
While the pendant doesn’t come with a chain, you can purchase one for 3000 yen.
Judging by their blogs, the ring seems to be the most popular within the member’s of the band. They also have said that they will be selling what’s not sold on the website at future lives.

Bergerac, Ap(r)il and ALiBi are all teaming up for a threeman event to mark the release of Ap(r)il’s fourth single, 「WORLD IS MYSELF」.
The event takes place on April 1st at Shibuya O-Crest, and costs 2800 yen to attend. The “A tickets” (first sales, numbers 1 – 50) go on sale February 2nd at Ap(r)il’s performance at Takadanobaba AREA. “B tickets” will go on sale starting February 14th through Lawson (code yet to be determined).

Ap(r)il is on a roll and have announced that December 24th will be the release date for their second single, 「(re)verb」.
Along with their second single, on December 19th at Shinjuku RUIDO K4 the band will be holding their first oneman live! The live has the oh-so-cute title of, “HAVE a FUN!!!” and costs 2500 yen to attend. Their single will also be available for purchase at the show.
