ANGELO’s new single

ANGELO will be releasing a new single on February 17th called 「光の記憶」 (Hikari no Kioku).
The single is coming out in three types, and will be featured as the ending theme on the TV Tokyo-kei Anime, 「デガミバチ」 (Degamibachi) starting on January 9th.
The first press edition costs 1900 yen, and comes with the title track and a second that has not yet been published, plus a DVD with the PV for 「光の記憶」 (Hikari no Kioku).
The regular edition is 1300 yen, and comes with three tracks.
They’re also releasing a 「デガミバチ」 (Degamibachi) version which will be 1300 yen, and come with three tracks. The title track, a second unpulished track and a third title 「光の記憶 (another version)」 (Hikari no Kioku).

Bento Beatbox TV Premiere

As Mija mentioned a little while back, JRR and Anime Network have teamed up to bring fans Bento Beatbox TV.
Again, it is hosted by Xion from Vaeidos and begins airing today on Anime Network. The first episode will contain information on Gackt, VAMPS, Angelo, Luna Sea and Deluhi and a music video from each of the five artists.
The premiere airs May 14 (today) on Anime Network and a ten-minute version of the episode will also be available on JrockRevolution.com starting at 8PM EST. But the whole episode is a little less than thirty-minutes.
From what I saw, there was…
1. GHOST – Gackt
2. SISTER – Angelo
3. I Gotta Kick Start Now – VAMPS
4. HYBRID TRUTH – Deluhi
5. Rosier (live) – Luna Sea
I just so happened to search for this today and I watched it. It’s pretty cool, actually. Although I had already seen over half of the PVs shown, it was still cool to watch it on my TV with friends and family.
I don’t have Anime Network, but I do have Comcast cable, which has some Anime Network content On Demand, if you go to Channel 1. Luckily, I was able to see the Bento Beatbox TV program for free.
I’m not sure if it’s like that for everyone, but on JRR.com there should be more information that will help so that everyone can view the program!

Yanni was on Virgin Records, I wonder if I got signed on the same label we could meet!! Plotting other ways to meet him.

For a limited time, you can view some Angelo extras on the Anime Network. For those with digital cable boxes press your on demand button to view not only their pv for He is a monkey but also live performances and other extras from the band. Seems like Angelo will continue their affilation with the channel. Hope they had more bands to the channel soon!

Angelo has quite a few new things come out!
We’ll start with their new single, which is called 「薄紅の欠片」 (). It’s coming out on March 25th in two types. The first press edition costs 1890 yen and contains the two track single plus a DVD with the PV for the title track. The regular press is 1260 yen and comes with three tracks.
Next up is their second full album! The details have not yet been released, however, it will be out on April 22nd.
Also on the 22nd they’ll be releasing a DVD called 「THE FRENZIED EMPIRE FINAL at NIPPON BUDOKAN」. The price is not yet set. Those who purchase it at their fanclub only lives or via their OHP also receive a supplement disk with bonus footage.

Angelo on Anime Network

Angelo has been getting some tv air time for their pv He is a monkey. The band’s unique pv has been playing on the Anime Network in between shows – it came to a shock to me to see it while flipping through channels. BUT its really cool that bands are starting to make appearances on tv overseas! If you have the channel – check their pv out! (The channel is based in Houston Tx, but should be available to digital cable viewers)

Angelo’s new single and tour

Angelo has announced that on October 22nd they’ll be releasing a brand new single! The title will be “SISTER” and it will contain two tracks, the second titled “ULTIMATE WORLD”.
The price is not yet fixed and will be available at a later time.
Along with the new single, they’ve announced that they’ll be going on tour around Japan covering seventeen places in twenty performances. The tour will be called “NATURAL BORN ULTIMATE CHILD” and kicks off on November 13th.

This one is a little delayed as it was announced on Brand-X a few days ago, so I do apologize for being so. But! Angelo has announced the release of their new maxi single, “CHAOTIC BELL” that will be out on June 11th. The CD comes in two editions, the first press that comes wtih a DVD containing the music video for CHAOTIC BELL, and the regular press which comes with only the CD. The jackets for both of the CDs are different.
The tracklist is:
1. CHAOTIC BELL
2. SIGN
3. 結晶 (Kesshou)
Enclosed in either edition is an application for a lottery the band is doing, to attend their rehearsal for their Angelo Club circuit 08 “VEILED SIGN” lives on either July 11th or 12th at Zepp Tokyo. 150 names will be selected for each day, making a total of 300 winners.
Ordering from Brand-x gets you a cell phone strap from the band, as well as another special favour which they currently have not yet announced.
The first press costs 1575 yen and the regular press 1050 yen.

More radio news for Angelo; KOHTA and TAKEO now have their only regular show called “REBIRTH CONNECT WARNING” that is broadcasted through the internet. There’s a new show every Thursday, and it airs from 8:00 – 8:40.
They’ve posted a ‘pre-show’ … show, and you should be able to hear it right on your computer!

Angelo (ex-Pierrot’s キリト (Kirito), KOHTA and TAEKO’s newest band) will be starting a regular radio show called “FREA KOUT” on AIR-G’. Their program will begin on February 2nd, 2008 and will continue every Friday from 9:00pm – 9:30pm.

But wait, there’s more!
LM.C is going to be having a serial show (or corner) called “LM.CのコロコロChat SHOW!!” (LM.C no korokoro Chat SHOW!!) through So-net. The contents of their chat show will be decided by using dice; Aiji and Maya will throw the dice and talk about whatever topic comes up. The series will start in February, and will be updated two times a month.
