On January 15th, Alice Nine sported traditional Japanese garb and headed off to Shinjuku’s Akagi Shrine to play a special live — at the shrine — and to formally pray for the success of upcoming album, “9″. The event was attended by 200 lucky fans drawn from a lottery of purchasers of the recent single, “Niji no Yuki” — though there were about 2000 entries in the lottery. What lucky fans!

Watch Live Streaming the Visual Kei Live Event ”V-Love☆Live vol.1”
World Net.TV Limited that manages Internet broadcasting station will organize the Visual Kei Live Event “V-Love☆Live vol.1” from 2pm to 8pm, Saturday, June 18, 2011 in STUDIO COAST in Tokyo, Japan.
It will be live streaming on the Visu-a-Land.TV (http://visualand.tv/) of our Internet broadcasting station. (Showtime: 1:30pm, Free of Charge)
In addition, it will be broadcast live on “World Net. TV channel” on YouTube in our first attempt simultaneously.（http://www.youtube.com/worldnettv/）
Later, it will also be planned to provide a digest version of the event as on-demand delivery for a limited period of time on Visu-a-Land TV, BS and so on.(Free of charge)
This must be the tremendously attractive event featuring star-studded of Visual Kei bands for fans all over the world.
In good news for us, 2,400 tickets were sold out immediately after the sale.

Now the band announced that they will be releasing a new single.
Their new single [Blue Flame] will be released on June 8th and it will be available in 3 types.

Alice Nine’s new DVD

Alice Nine will release a new DVD which is called [TOKYO GALAXY] and it’s going to be on sale on May 2nd, in two types. The limited edition will cost 7800 Yen and comes with three DVD’s and the regular edition costs 4725 Yen and comes with two DVD’s only. This DVD will include footage from their Bodukan live, which was held on January 6th, earlier this year.

Alice nine previously announced that they will be having their first Budokan concert on 6th Jan 2011.
Have you bought your tickets?
It’s 3 days left till the day and they have updated their website with a countdown for the concert.
In addition, Shou & Saga have also released their New Year comments on the ORICON STYLE WEB.

Sales for the concert goods have also started but they can also be bought on the day of the concert.

Alice Nine’s first Budokan concert

It is recently announced that Alice Nine will be holding their first Budokan concert next year!
[Alice Nine Live Tour 10 “FLASH LIGHT from the past” FINAL “TOKYO GALAXY”] will take place on January 6th 2011 at Nippon Budokan.
Tickets can already be purchased.
They will cost 6,300 yen, while tickets bought on the day of the concert will cost 6,825 yen.
The doors will be opening at 17:30PM & the concert will start at 18:30PM.
The LIVE CONCERT PACKAGE TRAVEL TOUR for overseas fans will only be available till December 10th, which is today.
So, if you don’t want to miss this concert, do grab your tickets fast!

ALICE NINE LOGO COLLECTION CONTEST
Here’s a great contest to do during Thanksgiving break. To celebrate the release of Alice Nine’s hit albums Vandalize and Complete Collection 2006-2009. Maru Music is having a contest for a chance to win a Maru Prize Pack that includes the Alice Nine albums, just in time for the holidays. This Thanksgiving, Alice Nine and Maru Music wants to see the many different people you can take a picture with Alice Nine. Well not exactly with the members of Alice Nine, we actually meant with the Alice Nine Logo. Just like how Alice Nine are creative with their music, we would like to see the number of creative people you can take pictures with holding the Alice Nine Logo.
What’s the contest: Create a photo collection showing different people holding the Alice Nine logo. Maru Music will provide you with the logo, you just need to print it out and have people hold it while you take a picture. We are not looking for the most people with the Alice Nine logo. However we are looking for pictures with many different people holding the Alice Nine Logo (Examples: Having a mime with the logo, having a scuba diver with the logo underwater). Maru Music will review the collections looking for the most original content. The winners will receive a Maru Music Prize pack featuring the latest releases from Alice Nine.
The submission deadline is December 6, 2010 so don’t delay
How to Enter: Create a photo collection on either Photobucket or Flickr. Submit your link to your photo album along with your name, address and contact # to Circle@marumusic.com. Karasu releasing 2nd single

Do you guys still remember カラス (Karasu), super unit project by Tatsurou? They perfomed again at Jack in the Box event and announced a second single release!
The new single is entitled as 「free」. It will come out October 27th in two types, limited edition costs 1,800 yen and includes again a DVD with music clip and regular edition which costs 1,200 yen. The song from the release will be used as opening theme for new anime of Asahi TV, 「バトルスピリッツ ブレイヴ」 (Battle Spirits Brave).

It’s coming again! On August 21st JACK IN THE BOX SUMMER 2010 event will be again held at Makuhari Messe Hall 4-6.
Artists performing will be acid android, DEAD END, ギルガメッシュ (Girugamesh), Ken, kyo (D’ERLANGER), ムック (MUCC), シド (SID), TETSUYA, VAMPS, Zoro, 44MAGNUM, Alice Nine, Becky, LM.C, SADS and possibly even more.
Tickets will cost 11,500 yen.

Details on Alice Nine’s new single

As we talked about back in April, this August, Alice Nine is not only going on tour, but they will be releasing a new single on August 25th!
More details are now available, and since at the beginning of this year PS Company parted ways with King Records, the new release will be coming out under TOKUMA JAPAN.
The single is titled 「閃光」 (Senkou) and it’s coming out in three types. There is one first press edition and two regular editions:
