As we told you here, Administrator will release a new single which is called [Shining!] and it’s going to be on sale on April 6th in two types. The limited edition comes with a DVD, containing the PV for [Shining!] and will cost 1890 Yen, the regular edition will cost 1575 Yen and the band has updated their homepage with their newest look. For profile pictures, please have a look at their profile section.

Administrator – oneman and new releases!

Administrator have just announced that they are going to release a new single in April, details haven’t been announced yet as well as for their digital single which will be available for download next month but we will keep you informed! The band also will have their first oneman live on May 6th in takadanobaba AREA. For information about the tickets, please check their homepage.

Great news for all Administrator’s fans, it seems that the band will release a new maxi-single soon!
The release will be entitled 「Promise」 and will go on sale on December 8th in 2 types:

The band will also sponsor an event on December 11th. It will take place at Takadanobaba AREA under the name 『trident in the Ace act.4』. Other participating bands will be TOON-FACTORY, DragonWAPPPPPPER, Para:noir and NEXX. Tickets are 3000 yen in advance and 3500 yen at the door.

Administrator have announced that on May 12th, they’ll be releasing their third maxi-single!
The single will be called, 「喚情レイテシー」 (Kanjou Reiteshii) and it will cost 1575 yen for three tracks:
1. 喚情レイテシー (Kanjou Reiteshii)
2. subliminal
3. 声色 (Kowairo)
To celebrate, the band will be sponsoring an event on May 6th where the single will be available for pre-sale. The event is called 「trident in the Ace act.3」 and it will take place at Takadanobaba AREA. Tickets cost 2800 yen a piece, and other bands performing that night include Kalvary, Chemical Pictures, TOON-FACTORY, Tokyo Jiten, Hi:BRiD and Tokyo Michael.

Hi:BRiD’s events

Some live news about Hi:BRiD, we talked about their new release and oneman over here, and about their special special privileges. Its not even 2010 yet and the band already will be involved in two cool events in January!
Next month, the group will have a few cool lives including January 8th, a Toon Factory sponsored live called 【～Brand New Wind～Chapter1】. Bands performing are Toon Factory, Hi:BRiD, NEU, PIECE, Administrator and Gakido. Event will be held at Takadanobaba AREA and tickets will be 2,800 yen in advance and 3,300 yen at the door.
A few days later at Takadanobaba AREA again, Hi:BRiD will be joining more bands for another event this time sponsored by VanessA! The event will take place on January 16th and will be 2,500 yen in advance and 3,000 at the door. Bands on the line up include VanessA, Hi:BRiD, the fool, Fenrir and Velbet.
Hi:BRiD has also changed their look at the end of November what do you think of the new look?

Details on Administrator’s 2nd single

As I told you about 2 weeks ago, Administrator is going to release their second maxi-single in December. We now have some more details to give you. I know some people were wondering if it would be called 「B」 (as the title of their first single was 「A」), but “unfortunatly”, it will not !
In fact, this new single is entitled 「Heart is…」 and it will go on sale on December 23rd (even though it will go on pre-sale on December 15th as I told you before). Same pattern as for 「A」 : 3 songs for 1575 yen, and limited to a 1000 copies. Here you go for the tracklist :

Monstars☆party vol.29

You may remember when I posted about Monstars☆party vol.30 here. Well, before that there will be a Monstars☆party vol.29 on September 25th, also at Takadanobaba AREA. Tickets will cost 2800 in advance and 3300 yen the day of, and have already gone on sale as of August 15th. Playing at the event will be ヴァルナ (Valluna), D’LORE, gaudie., Like absolute myself, 焔 (Homura), Administrator and a session band named Time Section #1, which has an interesting lineup: SIZNA (ex-Sugar) on guitar, Ketchi (KYOUKUTOU GIRLFRIEND) on guitar, HISAKI (cocklobin) on bass, and Atsuto (ex-Sugar) on drums.

Two more bands join SPEED DISK

After R指定 (R-Shitei) a few weeks ago, two more bands are joining SPEED DISK !!! This label is definitly on the move lately ! A lot of awesome bands are already part on this label, but they keep recruiting new bands !
This time, the two bands joining SPEED DISK are some really promising bands : Administrator and SCAPEGOAT !
And remember that each of them will have their first release produced by SPEED DISK soon : 「Future End」 and 「光彩エンドロール」 (Kousai Endroll) for SCAPEGOAT ; and 「-A-」 for Administrator.

Born’s sponsored lives

Born has announced that they’ll be sponsoring two lives in October and November at Takadanobaba AREA!
The lives are scheduled for October 28th and November 26th and are titled 『bug screamo VOL.05』 and 『bug screamo VOL.06』. Playing along side Born on the 28th is KYOKUTOU GIRL FRIEND and xTRiPx as well as others that have not yet been announced.
At the moment the only other band listed to play on with Born on November 25th is Administrator, however it does also say others so more bands may be listed soon!
Tickets are 2,800 yen in advance and 3,300 at the door for both lives but are not available for sale yet.

On October 1st at Takadanobaba AREA, plug will be presenting a live titled 『Monstars☆party vol.30』. Set to perform are D’LORE, Administrator, the Vambie., THE VELVET, ミサルカ (Misaruka), and others. Going on sale August 22nd, tickets will cost 2800 yen in advance and 3000 yen the day of. Also, they are set to present 『Monstars☆party vol.31』 on October 23rd at AREA, however details are not decided at this time. We will be sure to update when more details are announced!

I know a lot of people have been waiting for this ! After two excellent free demos, Administrator has decided to release their first maxi single ! Simplest title ever : 「-A-」 will go on sale on September 23rd. Not much details as of yet, but we’ll keep you updated !

Oh yeah. It’s time for the random fact of the day! Today we’re going to be talking about sports. Actually, just one sport in particular – snowboarding.
It turns out Kosuke from Administrator likes to snowboard! He says that he wants to go snowboarding now, and is jealous of countries that have snow.
Big Ern isn’t much of a snow bunny. I prefer to hang out in the lodge with a nice cup of hot chocolate.

SCUBER DIVE ’09

SCUBER DIVE is an important Visual Kei event that’s been created two years ago, back in 2007. This event takes place both in Tokyo and Osaka, usually on the same day(s) and it gathers a lot of popular indie bands in different live houses of both cities. And it seems the two first editions were a success as the program of this year’s SCUBER DIVE has been revealed !
Like it was already the case last year, the SCUBER DIVE is split in two part, one in Osaka (Naniwa) and one in Tokyo (Shibuya). So, those of you who are lucky enough to be in Japan in that period should definitly go ! Hard choice though !
The timetable has yet to be revealed precisely, but it will be hold on July 31st and August 3rd, and here are the bands that are going to perform this year (more details on the timetable as soon as possible)

Just a few days ago, I told you about Administrator 2nd demo single which would probably be available via their website as it had been the case for “SELFISH CLOVER”, and it’s now confirmed as the band just put their new song “手招く太陽” (Temaneku Taiyou) on free download ! Go take it and tell us what you think ! It’s another awesome song to me, even if the style is a bit less heavy that the first song they’ve released.
The band has also updated their OHP with a brand new look that looks pretty different from the previous one (fits well the new song). Once more, looks really in my opinion, how about you guys ?

Second demo single for Administrator !

After the excellent “SELFISH CLOVER” in Nomvember, Administrator has announced they would be distributing another demo single entitled “手招く太陽” (Temaneku Taiyou) in the near future (the date has yet to be decided) !
As the previous one has been distributed and available for free via their official website, we can hope it’s gonna be the same for this new demo !

Akuta from Administrator has listed that he likes penguins and cats. Quite a different selection than that of his bandmates… and penguin is a little unexpected!
