This was sent in to us by Myoko and I thought I would pass it along. I’m just going to repost the email. Remember, if there is something you feel is important and want posted…send it in!
I actually started this petition because my younger cousin loves 176BIZ and really wants them to see them touring here(US). So the petition is basically seeing how many fans want 176BIZ to tour in the US. Hopefully enough fans will sign this petition and they might come over. :3

Its that time again, time for the random fact of the day. This one was sent in to us by reader Panikku-Kasumi, thanks! Everyone has childhood dreams and that includes Kasumi from 176BIZ. When asked what was his dream from childhood, he stated that he wanted to become a hero fighter (super hero).
What does Big Ern have to say about this? My childhood dream was world domination.

176BIZ adds another show

We mentioned earlier this morning that Dali had sold out their oneman live and had to add another performance. Well, it’s a theme for today as 176BIZ had to do the same thing!
They have a oneman scheduled for September 6th at Shibuya club asia and have added a new one on October 19th at Shibuya eggman called ALL say 【Hello】-again-. The price is 3000 yen per ticket and tickets just went on sale August 16th.

176BIZ New Release Title Decided

A while ago, Yan posted that 176BIZ would be releasing a second full album on August 27th! The title has finally been decided. The release will be called 「【Hello】」!
Here is a re-cap of what to expect from this album. It will have 10 tracks and come in two types. First press type will come with a PV and making of, and the regular press type will come with just the cd + 2 bonus track.

DANGER RADIO

ギルガメッシュ (Girugamesh) will be featured on the DANGER RADIO this coming Friday (June 13th).
They’ve been featured a couple of times before, and this radio show is put out by DANGER CRUE RECORDS; their current label. To hear their edition, check out the DANGER RADIO page!
You can also hear the shows of the previously featured bands and artists (including Girugamesh’s older ’shows’) in the back numbers. The last time, for example, they featured 176BIZ! So all fans of that band should check it out! There are also a lot of older editions that feature シド (SID).

176BIZ 2nd Full Album.

On August 27th, 176BIZ (pronounced biz ichi nana roku [/lulz]) is releasing their second full album. The title is undecided so far, but the release date is set. The first press is a CD + DVD set with 10 songs, a PV, and an off shot. On the regular press there will be 10 songs plus two bonus songs. The album will be sold at 3675yen for the first press, and 3150yen for the regular edition.

FREE STREET RUSH vol. 2

176BIZ on May 31st will be sponsoring an event called “FREE STREET RUSH vol. 2″ that will take place at Shinjuku Astro Hall!
The line-up for that night looks like an interesting one and includes:

The event opens at 5:00 and starts at 5:30. Tickets cost 3500 yen each and go on sale April 20th.

Session bands

There’s one spiffy session band live coming up in April! On April 27th at Meguro Rokumeikan there will be an event called “NO FUTURE FOR XXX!!” which is hosting a bunch of very interesting session bands.

Tickets go on sale starting March 27th from 2:00pm and can be purchased through the shop at Meguro Rokumeikan.

H’evnのお祭り

The magazine h’evn, hosts events a few times every year. Their event that’s taking place in May of this year around Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka is called 「へヴンのお祭り☆天まで飛ぼう！！」 (H’evn no Omatsuri☆Ten made Tobou!!).
The details are:
May 15th @ Shibuya O-EAST
Featuring: 176BIZ, Zoro, Moran, 少女-ロリヰタ-23区 (Lolita 23q), others
June 4th @ OSAKA MUSE
Featuring: 176BIZ, Zoro, Moran, シリアル⇔NUMBER (SERIAL⇔NUMBER), SCREW, Wizard
June 6th @ Nagoya Bottom Line
Featuring: 176BIZ, Zoro, Moran, シリアル⇔NUMBER (SERIAL⇔NUMBER), SCREW, Wizard
The live in Tokyo opens at 4:45 and starts at 5:30, whereas Osaka and Nagoya open at 5:00 and start at 5:30.
The cost is 3300 yen per ticket (except for Tokyo which is 3500 yen). Tickets for Tokyo go on sale March 15th, and for Osaka and Nagoya on March 21st.

ex.MEN’s80%

For a while now we’ve been considering a “Q&A” section on Shattered-Tranquility, because we know there are lots of fans with tons of questions and we’d like to do our best in answering what we can (even if it requires some research).
We recently received an e-mail which gives us the perfect opportunity to launch this section of the site.
And this section is called: Ask Ernie.
So let’s begin!
The first question for Ernie revolves around ex.MEN’s80%, which is the session band headed by つかさ (Tsukasa) of ex-bis that played at HOLIDAY SHINJUKU on March 2nd.
The Question
The contributer of the question sent a link to this journal: http://yaplog.jp/razuazu explaining that there are photos and talk about the session band. The questions are is the band complete now and whose blog is it?
The Answer
Well, first things first we definitely have to say thanks for the question and for the link! The information in the journal tells us who the final line-up for the session band ended up being, and that line-up was:
Vocals - テロ (Tero) (ヴィドール(Vidoll))
Guitar - つかさ (Tsukasa) (ex-bis)
Guitar - 愬楽 (Sora) (ex-華族 (Kazoku))
Bass - たら (Tara) - ex-176BIZ
Drums - NANA (ex-MASK, ex-Rosanna)
Ernie was unsure about whether or not it was the same Tero from Vidoll, but after searching the web and reading various live reports, it turns out it was. One girl also posted some of the dialogue that occurred between the members in the MC, and Tero explains he was really surprised when Tsukasa asked him to join the session band not as a drummer, but as the vocalist.
The band was a session band and will not become a ‘real’ band and as far as I’ve read they don’t seem to be performing again. However, AZu will be taking place in another session band on March 30th.
The blog, belongs to NANA who currently is going by the name AZu and until February 15th was support drumming for the band Zip.er.

The event, “JACK IN THE BOX 2007″ which… took place in 2007, has been turned into a special for television and is being airred on two dates and from my understanding, in two parts:
・ March 1st from 1:45am ～ 2:50am on 日本テレビ系 (Nihon Television-kei)
・ March 7th from 1:45am ～ 2:50am on 日本テレビ系 (Nihon Television-kei)
The title is 「日本のロックBOX ～奇跡のライヴ～」 (Japanese Rock Box ～Kiseki no Lve～) and the special features a good number of visual bands, ムック (MUCC), ギルガメッシュ (Girugamesh), ROACH and 176BIZ. Non-visual bands such as L’Arc～en～Ciel, MAVERICK DC SUPER ALL STARS and アースシェイカー (EARTHSHAKER).

More about Tsukasa

Little by little we’re gathering information, haha.
At the end of January, we posted about how つかさ (Tsukasa) of ex-bis was going to be in a session band.
Then about a week and a half later, we posted more information — the other members.
And now, we have a name.
The band is called ex.MEN’s80% (read as モトメンズハチジュッパ (Moto Menz hachi juppa)).
In more つかさ (Tsukasa) news, as of today he has started a new blog which can be found here http://yaplog.jp/tks-tks/.
Seems to be the fad nowadays, doesn’t it?

brilliant darkness - revive memories

So you know how lately a lot of bands seem to be doing one day revival lives?
Here’s all the information on the event カレン (Karen) is having for theirs.
It’s called “brilliant darkness-revive memories” and will take place on April 28th at ESAKA MUSE.
The lineup for カレン (Karen) is:

176BIZ Oneman + Release

176BIZ has announced their oneman live called 『Re:START』 which will take place on March 3rd at Shinjuku MARZ. The live will open at 6:00 and begin at 6:30, which a ticket cost of 3000 yen. Tickets will go on sale starting February 2nd.
While it’s not entirely new news, it goes with 176BIZ so I might as well post it. They’re releasing a two new max singles on February 27th. The first is called “「01」-Scope-” and the second is “「01」-心絵-” (Shinkai). Both singles contain three tracks and are 1365 yen. If you buy both releases, you get a special DVD present which contains off-shot footage from their “FREE STREET RUSH” tour.

Another one day revival

This isn’t exactly new news, but I’m sure there are a lot of people who haven’t heard it yet, so I might as well post it. Karen (カレン) who disbanded on February 27th, 2006 will be having a one day revival at ESAKA MUSE on April 28th.
The band went through a couple of member changes, but the members that are participating in the live are the ones that were in the last line-up;
