L~Lotus~ is a five-piece band comprising of three ex. as milk members – 蓮華 (Renka) on vocals, saki and Takayuki on guitars, masato on bass, and YUJI on drums. They officially began their activities on March 6th and have released three digital singles to date: 「worry」 on May 19th, 「snow」 on May 26th, and 「tree」 on June 2nd.

-LEON- is a five-piece band from Gunma comprising of Yuji on vocals, Shin and Koya on guitars, Yamato on bass, and Masashi on drums. Mixing Asian cultural influences with visual rock, -LEON- has a heavy, modern sound with a distinct, ethereal flavor.
On December 13th, the band released their first three track mini-album, 「REGULUS」 along with a PV for their song, 「Kokou ni Tou Tsuioku no Kagen no Tsuki」.

GLACIER is a five-member group from Okinawa, comprising of Makoto on vocals, Nao on lead guitar, Koujirou on rhythm guitar, Aki on bass, and Yuuki on drums. The band formed in July 2007 and made their major debut a year later on July 23rd. They have released a full album and six singles to date with their seventh single, 「愛の降る街」 (Ai no Furu Machi) which is the third installment of a 7-month digital release project, coming out on June 30th through JapanFiles and on iTunes.

O-PARTS is a two-man unit that started in June of 2009, formed by vocalist sho-ka (ex. Vogus Image) and bassist Jun (GaGaaalinG, ex. WAIVE). On August 20th, they released their first maxi-single entitled 「向日葵」 (Himawari) which included four tracks, all of which made it into the top ten of the Oricon Indies ranking. On May 26th, their second maxi-single, 「煌[kou]」 was released and will be available through JapanFiles from June 6th.

In 2002, Kaya made his vocal debut in the Mana produced two-man unit, Schwarz Stein. In 2004, Schwarz Stein disbanded, and departing from the label the band was signed to, Kaya became a free singer.

born is a five member band that began together under RENNY AMY, which was active from August 2005, until December 31st, 2006. Shortly after, the same five members created D&L, and eventually changed their name to ‘born’ on April 9th, 2008 with the sponsored event at Takadanobaba AREA called “born presents 「bug scremo vol.01」”. About a week later, they released their first demonstration single, entitled 「Dust pain」, which was followed by the tour, 「Abnormal skin’s」.

砂月-Satsuki- began his solo career on February 14th, 2009, after spending seven years as the vocalist for RENTRER EN SOI.
His first solo release, 「AWAKE」 came out via his online shop on May 9th, and that month he also started his 「AWAKENING TO MOONLIGHT」 tour, which even made a stop in Los Angeles, California. His next release, 「CRYSTAL」 was out on August 21st, which was followed by his 「PEER INTO YOUR CRYSTAL HEART」 tour, where he preformed in both Tokyo and Las Vegas, Nevada.

We talked about the current lineup changing and after some poking around on facebook, I found the new Quaff members and they are already accepting facebook friends! You can also add their new twitter accounts. So far we only know their names and how they look, no word on which position/instrument they play yet.
The four new members are featured below. Renji, Iori, Neu and Mio Kagura.

It seems that after Versailles’ tour final yesterday on Shibuya C.C. Lemon Hall the band has got a new official member. His name is masashi and he has been acting as a support bassist for few months now. masashi used to be a member of such bands like ALPHA, Ash, RED Carpet and CODE, but lately he has been mainly supporting Versailles and kozi. Anyway, here is the band’s new picture with masashi:
Furthermore, as we reported few weeks ago, the band is going to release a new single on October 27th. More details are now available about it though. It will be entitled 「DESTINY-The Lovers-」and will come in 3 types. All types will include the same CD with 3 songs, but will differ when it comes to bonus. アンド (AND) have announced that KAJI, who has been doing support drumming for them throughout their summer tour, has as of August 31st become an official member of the band!
Each of the members have posted a comment regarding the good news, but KAJI’s comment was as follows:

Doing the summer tour together, I really had a strong feeling that this is where I wanted to be playing drums.

Thanks to the comments and heads up about this. Luzmelt has a new bassist to their ranks – Nov officially joined the band this month and already has his profile and blog up. There is a lot of great news for all Para:noir fans! First of all, they have finally found a replacement for the drummer position, after ≒色 (Iro) left the band few months ago. The new drummer is called 雪乃 (Yukino) and he used to be known as 憂 (You), when he was a member of VANESSA. You can follow him on his blog by clicking here.
The band has a brand-new look as well, and 雪乃 (Yukino) is the second from the right here:
Furthermore, they have announced that they’ll be releasing a mini-album entitled 「the RED in the monochrome」. It will go on sale on December 22nd in two types – each for 2656 yen. Remember when we talked about Ryonai finding a new singer for the new chapter of BLAM HONEY? We posted about it back in March. Well they have been having lives with the new singer since June – his name is HYUGA and we now know how he looks. There are also 3 new project members are called “Recalled Members”. The 3 new projects members haven’t announced any names but here are their positions.

I have some news on nil delete heads for you. It appears that on August 19th at SHIBUYA DESEO, support bassist Dai officially joined the band. Dai was a member of several bands including GizeL and cheSs.
The band Laelia got a new bassist on 8/12. His name is Riki and he has been added to their official site. They also have two lives coming up. One will be held on 8/25, the other on 8/28, and both will be at Shinjuku HOLIDAY. Everyone should check it out~!
Remember when we told you guys about Moran’s next steps with their live on August 9th over here? Seems that Sizna will be joining Moran as an official member on August 20th! Their site is going through some changes so you can visit and see a more simple layout with Sizna’s information under profile.
There will also be another live on October 14th called Moran Zill – mourning live -「Stand by Me」 at Shibuya O-EAST.
Random fact : Sizna’s birthday is also August 20th.
Some time ago アヲイ (Awoi) have lost their drummer ヒロ (Hiro). Today they have announced that they added two new members to their ranks though, not only a new drummer, but also a second guitarist.
The new guitarist’s name is 慎 (Sin) and the new drummer is called Ryo. They both used to be in a band called LOKI, Sin was known as Zachi and Ryo as Tumi. Anyway, you can see their profile pics below:

Certainly good news for fans of ANUBIS – the band disbanded year ago but has now restarted their activities with a new vocalist they got already on August 2009! Third single from them will come out on September 29th and will titled as「亡き王女に捧げる雪の協奏曲 イ短調」 (Naki Oujo ni Sasageru Yuki no Kyousoukyoku i Tanchou). The single costs 1,050 yen.

Valgana have announced that they have added a new guitarist to their ranks!
Their newest member’s name is NAO, and he became an official member on July 7th. He was previously in the band Siegfried, and along with being a Valgana member, is also involved in session bands.
On July 9th, he will be participating in a DELUHI session at Holiday OSAKA.

Ancestral have announced that they have added two new members to the band, making them a five member unit!
Their new members are bassist Jiro [ex-RUZLY] and drummer Seaya. Jiro is second from the left and Seaya is second from the right.
On July 28th the band will be releasing a new single called 「Solitude / My frailty」. The single will cost 1000 yen and the first press edition comes with a 12 page booklet and picture label.
On August 17th, the band will be having an Ancestral revival event at Meguro Live Station!

As we mentioned not long ago, Lolita 23q had an important announcement that was released at their live, and would be up on their new OHP on June 9th.
Their important announcement was that they have found a new vocalist for the band, will be releasing a new mini-album and have scheduled a oneman live to mark their return to the visual scene!
Their new vocalist is 総史 (Soshi) who was formerly in ワタシメスラッグ (Watashime Slug)!
Although Watashime Slug went on pause back in 2009, they announced on April 4th that they had decided to disband instead.
Soshi’s new blog isn’t set up yet, but on their OHP they say that it’s ‘under construction’.
On August 25th, Lolita 23q will be releasing a new mini-album called 「星帯次元区域ミネルヴァ」 (Hoshidai Jigen Kuiiki Minerva). The album will contain six tracks and come with a DVD for 2800 yen: CD Tracklist
