Do you remember when we introduced ラムフ (LAMF)? Pointed out by kano, one of our readers, it seems guitarist Shoutaro has left the band, turning it into a two-member project with just kazumi and Naoto remaining. Fortunately, it seems they’ve acquired a support guitarist pretty quickly! That would be ex-Ellseed member, Suzu.
The band doesn’t seem to be slowing down, either; they’ve launched a Myspace and Facebook pages where you can listen to a preview of their music as well as stay up-to-date on their activities.

2nd single for Variations

Variations so far has only released a demo single when they first debuted, now the band is releasing their second single called 『For you』. In addition to the new single (which sadly will only be available at lives) they are also sponsoring an event called “VARIaLIVE × NarciSSISM” its a VARIATIONS × Urawa Narcissus joint sponsorship on November 28.
I know perhaps a few of you really want to hear the band’s sound but can’t get a hold of their demo singles. You can actually listen to previews of both their tracks on myspace! The band created a myspace last month and need fans to friend it! Add them over here. The band also had a spot clip showing them hard at work.

New Band: Rose:bad

Thanks to Cathy for sending in about them.
Corota (ex-Araune) has a new project entitled Rose:bad which just started up activities on July 7th.
The members are:

Gu. ころた-Corota-
They’ve already decided on a live and it will be on September 4th at SOUND AGE -Vol 6- which takes place at Ikebukuro 3-tri-.

LIX. 2nd Single

LIX. have announced the details of their second single, entitled 「生命の終焉」(Seimei no Syuen).
It comes out on July 28th, and if you’re in Japan you can get it at their sponsored event 「Deadly Sanctuary」 on July 18th!
The cover and track listing are as follows:

MoNoLith new single and MySpace open

Let’s start with a new release – MoNoLith has a single coming on June 28th! It’s titled 「Postscript」and has two songs plus DVD with a PV. Single costs 1,890 yen.

Details about Rin revealed

Details about KISAKI’s new band 凛 (Rin) have been announced today, few hours after the Phantasmagoria’s last live. Let me introduce the members first:
Vocals: RIKU || ex. KAWON → HISKAREA → Phantasmagoria → chariots
Guitar: MIZUKI || ex. ミサルカ (Misaruka)
Guitar: KANATA || ex. Mebius → ルフィー嬋命 (Ruephy Alive)→ Pashya → chariots [previously known as 秋都 (Akito)]
Bass: KISAKI || ex. La:Sadie’s → MIRAGE → Syndrome → Phantasmagoria
Drums: REIYA || ex. Pashya → chariots
They are already planning to release few CDs though! We’ve already talked about the mail-order premium CD entitled 「凛」 (Rin). It seems though that they’ll also participate in an omnibus called 「NEO VOLTAGE」, which we already talked about some time ago. What is even more important, however, is the fact, that the song which will never be included on any other CD.
However, the band is going to release their first maxi single on the 2nd of June! It will be entitled 「As If Forever Exists.」 and come in 3 types: a limited one for 2100 yen and two regular types for 1670 yen each. What is more, you will get one trading card chosen randomly from 12 types with every CD.

If you buy all three types, you can send the tickets included in the CDs to the band and you will get a signed bonus DVD with a making-of to 「As If Forever Exists.」. They will update their OHP/MySpace with any additional dates for the tour or instore events and we’ll surely let you know if that happens.

Quaff’s Fourth US Tour

Quaff are returning this spring to the United states for the MTAC (Middle Tennessee Anime Convention) ODYSSEY convention April 30th to May 2nd.
MTAC ODYSSEY takes place at Sheraton Music City Hotel in Nashville, TN.
They will perform in other cities before and after the convention, but they’ll release more detailed information at a later time. Please look forward to it!

First of all, the band will have a oneman live on the 6th of December at Takadanobaba AREA entitled 「RAI RADIO THEATER」. What is interesting though, is that the live will be organized in two parts; day and night. The day part begins at 16:00 and the night one at 19:00. A ticket for the day part costs 2000 yen and for the night one 3500 yen.
Furthermore, the band has finally launched their official MySpace, so be sure to check this out!
And last but not least, Naoki has created a mobile blog at mbga town, which is located here.
