Plastic Tree is heading to Taiwan! On December 21st they’ll be performing at Taiwan’s The Wall Live House.
The show opens at 6:00 starts at 7:00 and costs 1500 NTD.

Camino’s live changes venue

We mentioned Camino coming to Canada here. But now the venue has changed to the Suba Club. Good news is the live is cheaper now - Dotcon members get in free and tickets are $10 bucks at the door!!! Its so affordable I hope you guys can see them live!

Closer and closer to christmas time! And more and more bands put up what special things they’re doing around the time of year~. Well, I found out about this live from Wizard’s official news blog. =D

CELLT live privilege

CELLT who are doing early release of their new single 『キミノ欠片～kakera～』 (kimi no kakera~kakera~) at their one-man, as we mentioned here.
Well, at their 11.16 HARAJUKU ASTRO HALL One-man 『CELLT[GRAND BAZAR]～新&旧、名(迷)曲達が勢揃い!?～』 (CELLT[GRAND BAZAR]～New & old, named tracks are at full force!?～), if you buy the new single, plus an older release (CD or PV) then you get what they are calling privilege W. You’ll get a CELLT poster plus a DVD entitled 「まごころを君に」 (magokoro wo kimi ni) as a present!
According to them, the DVD will feature “Members singing karaoke? A Halloween party?
You’ll laugh, you’ll be moved, your relationship will become very wonderful with this movie!”

Sugar coming to Oni-Con

Well I am a bit lost. DIO wrote on their site they were coming to Houston at the same time and location as Oni-Con but now Oni-Con site announced Sugar is coming to Houston…! So what is it? Sugar AND DIO?? Who knows but the only band they stated so far as been Sugar. I’ll keep you updated if DIO is also coming or if they cancelled.

Kousei’s new band

Kousei, formerly of GHOST, announced that he has a new band. The name of the band is Drop Star Shooting. So far none of the other members have been announced but they do have an OHP. You can find it by clicking the following link:
The also will be having a sponsoring event on December 26th at Takadanobaba AREA called 「thrill and cutter vol.0」. The guests include Cellt, Jewel, hydra, the Vambie., Brother and a session band called Safety Drugger. Baggy Bogy will have a live on December 24th at Takadanobaba AREA titled 『Baggy Bogy Before Xmas.』 Playing with them will be Jewel, Ashe’, Ansem Elliott, DIS★Marionette, Sekiseinikou, Ellseed, カーネルサンタっす (Colonel Sanders)! Tickets cost 2,500 yen when reserved and will cost 3,000 the day of the show. Also, if you reserve your tickets with Baggy Bogy, you’ll get some sort of present.

Somatic Guardian’s Free Threeman!

Aika - ex bass for Aqua-Leaf and ex vocals for 七三式 ( Shichisanshiki) has started his solo /projects within this year. We already mentioned his session here. He recently updated his site with a thank you for the fans for coming to see his last live and announced that he has another live coming at the end of November, when he posts more we’ll update about it here. X JAPAN has announced a few more details about their countdown live! It will be taking place on December 31st at Akasaka BLITZ.
That’s all they’ve posted so far. You can check their OHP later for price details but as I’m sure anyone can assume it will be reasonably expensive. No offence to the fans, but they gotta milk it for all it’s worth, eh?

This was pointed out to us by tsukasa, thank you very much! She mentioned she was looking through Rihito’s (ex. spider lily) blog yesterday. Rihito and Sayuki are in a new band and its called Ellseed.
They dont have an OHP yet and seem to be using sayuki’s personal site for the moment for updates.

Over the Edge 2008

This new years eve D’espairsRay, Vidoll, 12012, Girugamesh, heidi., Kαin, LM.C, Merry, Mix Speaker’s, Inc., MUCC, Plastic Tree, Sadie, Lolita 23q and the studs will all be playing together at C.C. Lemon Hall!
The name of the live is Over the Edge 2008 and tickets will cost 12,000 yen. (Roughly $120.00) Tickets will go on regular sale November 15th. The bands will be doing a special “New Years Gift” session band as well.
This sound like a lot of fun! I wish I was able to go!!

ASYURA is back

Adrienne wrote here that ASYURA would return from their activity pause around mid-October, but there were no details available at that time.
Now they have, however, decided on their next live, and it’ll be held at Takadanobaba AREA on October 6th! They’re also looking for a new drummer and various staff people, so it looks like they’re really planning on doing a full comeback now!

MANNEQUIN cancelled

I posted here about MANNEQUIN and SINCREA going to perform at Tsukicon in Finland, but unfortunately MANNEQUIN had to cancel the live and their tour has been postponed to a later date.
SINCREA is still going to come though, and they’re going to perform on the 18th with GARI. Tickets for the live went on sale today, the price is 20e and you can buy them through Tiketti or JrockSuomi. Buying a ticket for the live also allows you to enjoy the con itself on both days without extra fee.
