I believe this was announced a little while ago, so I’m sorry for posting it late.
お洒落泥棒 (Oshare Dorobou)’s guitarist 将(shou) has left the band as of October 28th. The reason given was musical differences. They will be using a support member until they go on activity pause.

Thanks to Mira for the heads up on this one!
Roze has announced that after their performance at Harajuku Astro Hall on December 18th, both vocalist HAL and guitarist HITOSHI will be leaving the band.
They say that the decision was reached after numerous discussions and out of respect for both of their individual opinions.
The band plans to continue on, however, they have decided to go on an activity pause at the end of the year and resume in February or March, when they are able to. They ask the fans to wait, and apologize for having to make such an announcement.

MiMiQ loses jun

MiMiQ has announced that their guitarist jun has made the decision to leave the band.
jun first apologizes for the abrupt announcement, but explains that his direction is different from the band’s and he’s felt that he’s been battling. There are other things that he wants to do, so he wants to try a hand at those instead.
He says he’s glad for the warm welcome that he’s gotten from everyone, and for the experiences that he’s been able to have being in the band.
jun does regret that he won’t be able to say a final farewell to everyone, but does make sure to thank all the fans. He hopes that everyone can continue supporting the band.
For now, MiMiQ will be welcoming a support member into their ranks, and will continue on with activities as planned.

Yikes; they haven’t been having luck with members lately. Ayame left and now jun… so there’s just three guys remaining. They have a kind of cute concept, so I’d like to see what they can do. Hopefully they’ll find a few musicians who want to join as full-time members.

According to Kirio’s blog, JIVE’s drummer Ren had left the band on November 10th due to mixed emotions. He had mentioned that they’ve been having problems since August and numerous discussions about this and eventually they had come to the decision that he should leave.
JIVE plans on continuing with their schedule using a support drummer. All the members apologize for this and want to make sure that their fans know. They will continue as 4 people and hope to become a new JIVE for every one.
Ren will be posting his comment on the official site some time soon, so stay tuned for that.

BLEAKLAY down one

BLEAKLAY’s bassist, Ageha, will be leaving the band after their performance at the ISANITY FRONTIER sponsored live on November 26th.
He says that he’s probably going to be officially retiring. There are many reasons for his decision, however, the biggest reason is that he’s looking for a job and as far as a band goes, it’s pretty much limited to being a hobby.
He had wanted to be in a band, and he did, but this is as far as he can go. He has no regrets with being in the band. While there are a lot of things he wants to say, for now he’ll simply say that the one thing he regretted was not startng when he was younger.
He’s heading down a new path, and he’s looking forward to it.

Takaya leaves LAST EVA

This was pointed out to us by miyawaki, thanks! It appears that Takaya of LAST EVA withdrew from the band on Oct 27th at Takadanobaba area. He says that he is sorry that it came to making that kind of announcement. He also says that the reason he left was a difference in opinion over the direction of the band. They had many discussions over it, and Takaya has contrasting ideas on the course the band should follow, and the direction of their music. While he’s only been in the band for a short time, it’s felt like a long time. He enjoyed the band, says the members are great and that he still loves them. He also mentions that he loves the fans to the same extent, thanks everyone and promises to never forget them.

Youka leaves Burea

This is a bit late, but back on October 12th, Youka announced that he had decided to leave Burea. It was a sudden announcement, and he apologized for any confusion that it may have caused, and he hopes that fans can continue to support both him and the band. He will, however, finish out the lives that they currently have planned.
Rara posted about it as well, saying that Youka pretty much decided it on his own.
Source: Vkdb, Rara’s Blog, Youka’s Blog
Okay, so here’s what I think should happen. Yuuri (who’s leaving chariots) should join Burea (we’ll ignore the fact that they’re out a guitarist and not a bassist). Rara and Yuuri used to be in Jaguar together, and often posted about how they spent time together outside of the band. Rara also recently posted about talking to Yuuri, and they seemed to work so great together…. so it would definitely be great to see that again.

mica has lost their guitarist hiloki, as his final live with the band was today; on October 24th. His decision to leave the band was based on numerous discussions, and in the end he decided that his current circumstances make it difficult for him to continue on in the band.
hiloki plans to go down a new path and mica asks that you continue to support him.
Now, this is pretty cool. I was really surprised that he announced this on the OHP, but hiloki is heading to Toronto (Ontario, Canada) next year. He says that he plans to continue on in music and he’s glad that he was able to meet the members of mica.
He also posted in his journal saying that his former band Meglewa will be having a one day revival on November 26th at Hiroshima Namiki Junction. He commented that that night mght mark his last live in Hiroshima.

Changes to Jigolo

As we mentioned back here, Jigolo was supposed to undergo some changes on the 20th.
Well, they did. The only member currently left in the band is 麻亞 (Mar).
Mar has written a nice long journal entry about it that I’m just going to sum up. He said that he had a lot of things to process, so he hasn’t written in his blog recently and wants to start by apologizing to everyone. It turns out, that everyone except for him decided to quit the band.
Back in May, they had decided that after their oneman on the 20th of October, there would only be three people left in the band. Then in July, one of them decided that he too wanted to leave… but then in about the middle of August, the third member said he felt like quitting as well.
There were different reasons for each of them wanting to quit, such as family circumstances and the motivation to be in a band. Mar thought that Jigolo would therefore disband as it would be hard to replace every member. However, he decided that he did not want to quit Jigolo and decided to carry on by himself.
He says that he can’t do the whole band by himself and he will be welcoming new members into the ranks, but he hopes that the previous members, Kayuu, Shinnosuke, Minazuki, are not forgotten. He asks for the fans to wait for them and that Jigolo will be back as soon as possible.

Vettic has announced that their bassist AKITO will be leaving the band on November 2nd after their live at Utsunomiya HELLO DOLLY.
They say that there are numerous reasons behind his decision, however, to give fans a peace of mind, they do say that it’s nothing like bad relationships between the members. So that there are no regrets for his remaining days in the band, he will put all his power into his performances.
Vettic says that they will continue on with force and hopes all the fans can continue to support them for a long time.

chariots - down one, and on pause.

chariots has announced that their bassist Yuuri will be leaving the band after their oneman show on December 25th at Osaka MUSE. The reason for his departure is due to musical differences, a difference in opinion over the direction of the band, and a discrepancy over the stance of their activities. After their first oneman, the gap between Yuuri and the band was growing stronger and after frequent meetings, they decided that this was the best option.
After the 25th chariots will be going on an activity pause, however, they do plan on making a comeback. Therefore they ask everyone to support them for their final days with the current lineup. Yuuri also plans to continue on with music.
In his comment Yuuri basically restated the same things that the announcement did, adding that he apologizes to the fans and would be glad if everyone can understand their decision. He adds that although his time in the band was short, he was able to have many experiences and create deep memories which he owes to the members, KISAKI and of course, the fans.

I’ve been a big fan of Yuuri’s for a while now, and I can’t say that I’m overly surprised at his decision. I won’t get into what I think about this, but I hope that fans can continue to support both chariots and Yuuri and I anxiously await his return to the scene!

Baby loses Ryo

Baby has announced that on October 17th their bassist Ryo will be leaving the band.
He called the announcement a “dark matter” which I thought was cute, but he says that he’s sad to be leaving the band. He also said that it’s not because of anything like the relationships between himself and the members going sour, but doesn’t really offer an explanation as to why he decided to leave.
He does say he’ll be back and plans to work in session bands. In fact, he’ll be playing in a session band on the 10th at called PERFECT JEALOUSY.

M.cry’s support member changes

M.cry, who recently lost their guitarist Asato, announced that their support guitarist Sachi has also left the band due to not being able to take part in their activities as well as before.
However, Zakuro formerly of Ren has taken Sachi’s place as M.cry’s support guitarist, and at their next live they will be a four-piece band consisting of Kou on vocals, Zakuro on guitar, Yuki on bass and Ryou on drums.
The band asks everyone to continue supporting them as well as Sachi from now on too.
On another note, Sachi has recently started as a roadie for Lolita 23q, so let’s wish him luck with that!
Source: M.cry mail magazine, OHP
I’m really glad that M.cry is still continuing, even though they’ve now had two different guitarists despite their being only a few months old as a band. Let’s hope they’ll develop into something bigger eventually!
EDIT: Actually, I just checked Sachi’s OHP and mixi and he no longer has anything up about his being Lolita23q’s roadie, even though he just started it a while ago… So I’m not sure if he’s their roadie anymore.

RED universe has announced that their bassist, カイシロー (Kaishirou) will be leaving the band after their performance on October 18th at HOLIDAY SHINJUKU.
The reason for his departure is his poor physical health. He has been undergoing medical treatment in hopes that he would be cured, however, he now needs a surgical operation and therefore feels that it is in his best interest to leave the band.
He thanks everyone for the support they have given him and apologizes. He wishes that everyone can support him until the end.
