Finally some real news coming from 華音 (Kanon)! After 3 live-distributed CDs in 2009, they have finally announced that their first single will soon be coming out! To promote this first single, the band will also sponsor its first event!

The event will be hold on May 12th at HOLIDAY Osaka along with other bands such as : Ridiot, LAGING, VANDECK, アリィ (Allie) and Shade_

By the way, this first single will be called 「Answer」… and that’s about all we know so far. But of course, we’ll keep you updated!

There’s a bunch of good news for Ridiot’s fans ! It looks like the guys are really doing their best: new single, first lives in Tokyo, first sponsored event!

Let’s start with the live part. As I told you, Ridiot will perform for the first time in Tokyo! They will actually be there for two days:

Date: April 1st @ HOLIDAY Shinjuku
Performing: Ridiot, Medi＠lize, Ziggrat, Shushu, Jelsea

Date:April 2nd @ Ikebukuro Black Hole
Performing: Ridiot, RE:NN, guardant, Virulent, AnliPollicino, NaiL, Lilas, 鬼一家 (Kichiku Ikka)

As for their first sponsored event, it will take place in HOLIDAY Osaka on March 26th ! Some of the other bands taking part in this event are: 華音 (Kanon), アリィ (Allie), ヱリザ (Eriza) and C≠P.

This event is also organized to promote their 3rd single 「LITTLE WING」 that will come out the very same day. This new single will contain 3 songs and cost 1000 yen:

02. BLUFFING
03. SIXTH TIMES GO AHEAD!

Other than that, the band has also announced that they will soon be revealing their brand new look (on March 21st)…

Details on Cla vi us 2nd single

As Inka told you last month, Cla vi us is going to release their second maxi-single, about 6 months after 「未来、時々雨」 (Mirai, Tokidoki Ame). We now have some more details about this second single that will finally be called 「二十五時の色彩〜colors〜」 (Nijugoji no Irodori~colors~). This new single will go on sale on March 24th and will contain 4 tracks for only 1260 yen:

THE SOUND BEE HD have a new release coming out for the summer! Their 3rd album – Hachi will go on sale on May 12th, 2010.

[Hachi] is the third album and first release in 5 years for the project led by Daisuke (ex-media youth). The sound is a fusion of heavy rock and electro with a Japanese taste, adopting the theme of Japanese goth. The third album [Hachi] will be available for pre-sale during their sponsor event at Ikebukuro Black Hole on April 24, 2010!

If an advance order is placed together with an order for an item in stock, both items will be delivered together when the item on advance order is officially released. Therefore, it is recommended that advance orders are placed separately.

Calmando Qual’s new single

After a very long break in releasing new music, Calmando Qual will release a brand-new maxi-single entitled 「Doors」. It will go on sale on the 26th of May for 1500 yen and contain 4 tracks:

It will be limited to 1000 copies only so make sure to buy it and support the band! The CD will be pre-sold at the band’s live on the 13th of May. Anyway, here is the single description according to the official MySpace:

Calmando Qual’s first maxi single since resuming activities portrays a rock show with “Theatrical Rock Parade” as its concept. The work is an exquisite balance of vivid visuals, melancholic melodies shifting and varying within a dark retro ambiance, and the cruelty and beauty of the stories illustrated by the lyrics. Though its sound is more catchy and easy on the ears than their previous works, it retains the intersection of stillness and movement in the band’s technical sound and their characteristic powerful arrangements, with each song composed of many varying facets.

It sounds intriguing, doesn’t it? Anyway, here is their recent look, which is totally different from their previous ones. What do you think about it?

A bit more than a month after 「明鏡止水」 (Meikyou Shisui) has been released, 己龍 (Kiryu) has announced that they would soon be releasing their 4th maxi-single ! Entitled 「水無桜」 (Minazakura), it will go on sale on June 23rd so we still have quite some time before we can actually get our hands on it, but we already have most details.

MiD DERACINE’s new look and first anniversary event

MiD DERACINE have a totally new look, which is certainly interesting! What do you think about it?

What is more, the band will hold their first anniversary live on the 18th of May at Sendai MACANA. It will be entitled 「醜美の翼は、甘く滑稽な悪夢を夜の闇に喰らう。」 (Minikubi no Tsubasa wa, Amaku Kokkei-na Akumu wo Yoru no Yami no Kurau.). The tickets will cost 2500 yen when bought in advance and 3000 yen at the door. The further details will be announced later.

What a surprise !!! Back in September, I told you that kelli would go on an activity pause to work on their first mini-album ! 4 months after their latest live, we finally have something new to say about them, and it’s a really good surprise !

We know have more details about the mini-album we were waiting for. Entitled 「All Dirty,」 it will be available on March 16th ! We don’t have any other details as of yet but we’ll keep you updated… but what’s the surprise then ? Well the mini-album will be available for free download on their website ! Isn’t that awesome ?

kelli will also come back on stage on March 23rd at Shinjuku RUIDO K4 for an event along with : Serendipity / lam. (formerly know as Like absolute myself) / Amaranth / ウツセミ (Utsusemi) / 『the WoRLD』

Also, what do you think about their new look ? If I didn’t know it was kelli from their OHP, I probably wouldn’t have recognized them !

First one-man for NaiL

Good news from NaiL ! The band has announced that they would have their first one-man live in May to celebrate their first anniversary ! This one-man will be hold on May 3rd at Ikebukuro CYBER. To go with this special occasion, NaiL will also distribute a free CD on that same day.

Tickets will go on sale on February 19th for 2800 yen.

Some amazing news for the cali≠gari fans!

First of all, the band has got a new look, which I personally love. What is your opinion though?

Secondly, it seems that the band will release another album entitled 「ジュウイチジャナイ」 (Juichi Janai) or ｢11」on the 17th of March. The CD will contain 6 new songs. However, the release will come in 3 types:

ジュウイチジャナイ【卑劣盤】(11 Janai Hiretsu Ban) – will cost 3500 yen and contain a CD plus a bonus DVD with 8 PVs: 「ブルーフィルム」(Blue Film), 近代的コスメ唱歌 (Kindaite Cosme Shouka), 「マグロ」 (Maguro), 「ハイカラ・殺伐・ハイソ・絶賛」 (Haikara Satsubatsu haiso Zessan), 舌先3分サイズ (Shitasaki Sappun Size), 「青春協奏曲」(Seishun Kyousoukyoku), 「-踏-」 (-Tou-) and 「マネキン」 (Mannequin), which is a new song.

ジュウイチジャナイ【姑息盤】(11 Janai Kosoku Ban) – will also cost 3500 yen and will include, besides the CD, a DVD with live & documentary footage from the band’s live held on the 18th of November at Zepp TOKYO, entitled 「東京地下室〜地下十六階〜」 (Tokyo Chikashitsu〜Chika Juuroku Kai〜)

ジュウイチジャナイ【良心盤】(11 Janai Ryoshin ban) – will be sold for 2000 yen and include only the CD.

What is more, all the versions will have alternate jacket designs. Each type will come with a poster and if you buy all 3 types, you’ll get a bonus 4th poster and if you put all these 4 posters together, they’ll form one large extra poster. Sounds cool, doesn’t it?
