Xrista Boots Vocalist

Oh, the drama!
We only recently introduced Xrista, ex-OROCHI Yukimura’s (now Lyo) band, yet it seem there already is trouble! After performing less than a handful of lives, Xrista members announced on their Ameblo blogs yesterday that they have booted vocalist Hyuga from the band for various incidents such as money ‘borrowing’, missing rehearsals, and most importantly not showing up for their March 3rd live.
They have put the following post up as explanation.
An important notice from Xrista
At Xrista’s March 3 live, we suddenly had to perform without a vocalist when we received information that our vocalist Hyuga had been in an accident that very day.
However, today we learned that the information we received from vocalist Hyuga’s agent concerning the accident was proven to be false.Even from before, there was a problem regarding vocalist Hyuga’s typical behavior.
For the sake of Xrista’s formation, the members sympathized with and supported his decision to change his behavior, but he frequently would be absent from the studio without notice, and because of money problems he repeatedly built up debt with the members of Xrista.
On each of these occasions, we strongly cautioned vocalist Hyuga, and he himself also showed intentions of changing. However, because of the above-mentioned actions, as well as the falsified information regarding the March 3 live,
we have concluded that vocalist Hyuga has not changed at all, and as of today (March 5) vocalist Hyuga has officially been dismissed. We would like to express our deepest apologies to all the fans that supported Xrista’s Hyuga, as well as to all the staff concerned.
Also, at our live at Ikebukuro EDGE on April 15th, we will continue moving forward with a new vocalist.
Xrista will continue activities from now on, so please lend us your support.

Secilia Luna to go on Indefinite Hiatus
6
Mar, 2013
![]()
Terrible new today for Secilia Luna fans today. We’re sad to inform fans that members announced a few hours ago on their ameblos and their official site that Secilia Luna will be going on an indefinite hiatus after their 4th year anniversary live on May 28th. Members are adamant that the hiatus is not due to disagreements between members or musical differences, but a strong desire to continue on their own individual paths. This fact brings much hope to fans.
They have written the following:
An Important Announcement from Secilia Luna
Thank you for your continued patronage to Secilia Luna.
At this time we would like to announce here that it has been decided that after the Secilia Luna four-year anniversary one-man live, “Angelianity Myth,” on May 28th at Ikebukuro EDGE, we will enter an indefinite activity pause.
We would like to offer all of our gratitude and apologies to the fans and staff who have supported Secilia Luna since we began activities on May 26, 2009.
The remaining time with these five members is short, but we will continue to fly until the end.
Tenshi Kyouto*, let’s become one at the one-man on May 28th.Below are comments from the members.
*This is the name of Secilia Luna’s fans.
◆Vocal.MIRAI
Even if Secilia Luna ceases activity, I believe that the songs we’ve created before now will continue to live forever. My feelings of wanting to put my own emotion into songs and convey them to everyone who has listened to our music have never changed since our formation.
I’ll sing each and every song with importance until [after] the one-man on May 28th, so please give me your support!!◆Guitar.Ageha
First, thank you to the many people who have supported Secilia Luna until now.
Though we’ve been active because of being cheered on by so many people,
I’m sorry that today it’s come to this kind of announcement.
“Indefinite hiatus”
This is not something due to one person’s circumstances or selfishness;
It’s the result of the five of us talking over and over.
With each member carrying his own thoughts we became active as Secilia Luna,
But at the present, this is the very best decision we could make.
Specifics, and what we’ll do after this –
Those are things I’d like to convey to you directly at the last one-man live.
There are only a few lives left,
But in order to keep from leaving any of us or any of you Tenshi Kyouto with regrets,
We’ll deliver our feelings with all our power.
There, everyone will be as one with Secilia Luna.
There, I hope we can all smile.◆Guitar.Kyoki
Up until now I’ve received so much love through [being in] Secilia Luna that I can’t even say how much.
I think that it’s thanks to the support of so many people that we were able to fly as angels until now. I am truly grateful.
We have arrived at the decision of an “indefinite hiatus” now, but it doesn’t mean that the future we’ve considered and envisioned will change; there is also no feeling that the end has come.
The one dream of Secilia Luna is eternity.
There is only a little time remaining before the May one-man, but the time we can spend with all of the Tenshi Kyouto and the time we can play our music — I want to make it more precious than ever before.
I think it would be nice to be able to convey a more detailed story and talk of what will come from here on through our blogs and directly at the last one-man.
Everything is for your smiles. Really, thank you.◆Bass.Rio
This is a sudden announcement. I apologize for surprising everyone.
During the never-ending discussions, when we thought about the future of each of us, pausing our activities became the first-choice result.
There are no disagreements and we feel no musical differences between us. It is a result of the mutual respect we have for each other.
At the one live that is left, “Angelianity Myth,” Secilia Luna would like to express with all our might the music we tried to communicate to the Tenshi Kyouto, so please, somehow support us until the end.◆Drums.Enju
Concerning the activity pause, first of all, I want to say that it is not because the relationship between the members has become bad.
In the studio we are noisy and tell funny stories. There are many reasons for the hiatus, but I personally feel like the biggest one is the thought that among our different options for the future, the choice of a hiatus will also broaden future opportunities.
Regarding my activity from now on, I don’t have any intention to stop doing music. Because I like entertaining people, I think I want to stand in front of everyone in one way or another. But at the moment, I want to do my very best in Secilia Luna until the pause, so I’d be happy if you came [to the live].
For the last time I want to see smiles, not tears.
I love all of your smiles.2013/03/06 Secilia Luna

Their last One Man, titled 『Angelianity Myth』, will happen on May 28th at Ikebukuro EDGE. Tickets are ¥3000/¥3500, with doors opening at 17:00. Tickets will go on sale within the next few weeks, though a determined date has yet to be given.
We hope to bring you more happy news at a later date.
