Kaito from Xenon passes away

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news yet again, but it has come to our attention that recently, Xenon’s guitarist, Kaito, has passed away.
The following message was posted on his mixi blog:
To all of the fans supporting Xenon,
On July 29th, 2011, Kaito fell into eternal sleep.
We wanted to be careful in sharing this information with all the fans and those that have supported him throughout his lifetime.Futhermore, due to Kaito’s wishes, the wake and funeral service will be attended only by close relatives.
We will carry on with our scheduled performances as a way to honour Kaito.
To everyone who cheered on Kaito during his life and to all those connected to him, we sincerely thank you for your kindness.

Isshi passes away

It has been announced on the shiki∞project OHP that vocalist Isshi “fell into an eternal sleep” at his home on July 18th.
A funeral has already taken place for his relatives and close friends.
No other information about his passing has been released.
The dinner show, 『鬼婚』 (Kikon) that was scheduled for July 28th and 29th have been rescheduled as a memorial for Isshi.
Isshi was probably best known as the vocalist for Kagrra,. We offer our sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Former X JAPAN’s TAIJI passes away

This is definitely surprising news, and it’s quite the story.
According to reports from Natalie.mu and Sankei.jp, on July 11th, TAIJI was on a Delta flight from Japan to Saipan.
During the flight he was restrained for imporper conduct, which included fighting with a female passanger, hitting the airplane windows, kicking the seat in front of him and failing to adhere by the flight attendent’s instruction to stop.
When he reached Saipan, he was arrested. On July 13th he appeared in front of the US federal court for his first trial. Once the trial had ended, he was taken into American custody.
TAIJI’s court-appointed attorney commented on the incidents of the flight saying that TAIJI hadn’t opposed anyone and was not angry. Only that he was annoyed with himself. He also mentioned that it was a female manager sitting next to him and trying to calm him down, and that there was no struggle inside the plane when he was restrained.
A second trial was scheduled for the morning of the 15th, however the night before, TAIJI attempted suicide and was transported unconscious to the hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU).
He passed away in the hospital on July 17th.

Lin taking small break

Don’t worry, seems like the group just needs a short break and will return fully restored. Thanks to the users over at UnderCode LJ with their thoughts and translations, especially Shinkouchou who probably said it best from Kisaki’s blog: “…I want you to read more details in the 7.21 issue of Cure, but with this oneman I think we’ll have a little pause in activities, so I have to do my best at what I can do with 「凛」 now as far as recording and lives so that we’ll be able to show you the maximum performance.”
So what are your thoughts? The group might be working on their own projects, especially since we told you guys about the return of Kisaki Project.
By the way, the group was supposed to have their 1st year anniversary oneman live event entitled: 「an epidemic of “OVERTURE”」 back in June to August 7th at BIG CAT.

Yuichi departs from The Sound Bee HD

As of June 30th – guitarist Yuichi has left The Sound Bee HD due to musical differences. From this moment on the band will continue as a four member group so please support both sides. The band has already taken him down from the site but you can still send him messages on his facebook.

We talked about Dada opening his own label back in March, now the label which only had one act listed has added a few more projects to their lineup including a special group that Dada is working on.
The first group we talked about back when we introduced the label was Zwecklos. The second group added to the label is REMNANT. The trio includes:
Vocals: Marie
Guitar/Programming: Takmi
Narration: Rober_tJ
You can hear song samples on their myspace.
Next project is actually a solo artist! Her name is Salasa and she used to be in the band: Syaranosui with Calmando Qual’s TAK.

Last but not least – Dada is working with Tak (Zwecklos) and Xiro (ex The Candy Spooky Theater) with a new session called JAGD PANTHER. Pretty cool!

DEATHBIE has been a busy alter ego group. They are going to be releasing a maxi single called senketsu no MARIYA, that will come in two types~! Type A will contain 3 tracks plus a pv for the main track: senketsu no MARIYA. Type B will have 4 tracks with no pv. Here is the pv preview below:

Last single of MoNoLith’s 3-months consecutive release campaign is now released, and the band has announced future activities – certainly great news for their fans too! The band announced following four big news.
First the band will present an Autumn event tour 「東北バンザイ!!!!!!!!!!!!」 (Tohoku banzai!!!!!!!!!!!!).

Details for the tour will come on June 30th.
On October 19th will come out two albums – first full album 『BRAZEN』 and “「fiction」 series complete album”, 『fiction & non-fiction』. Full tracklist haven’t yet been announced, but we will let you know then.
November 19th MoNoLith will present Ryu’s birthday event. 「YANAGI ROCK FESTIVAL‐2011」 will be held simultaneously at Sendai CLUB JUNK BOX and Sendai MACANA. Details haven’t been announced yet.
And then, lastly, next winter the band will have their first oneman tour, entitled as 「LAST REBELLIOUS BRAT」.

Zoro who lost two members and went through a bit of a hiatus and finally announced their return! Activities will resume at their one-man live on October 1st at Shibuya WOMB.
So far no info about any new members so all we can do is sit tight and hope they drop hints on new members!

Just another quick note for the band – in addition to the new releases they finally added an official drummer to their line up! His name is Kanna and if you don’t recognize him, he use to be in the beloved Tokyo Michael until their disbandment in early 2011. He officially joined at the end of June.

DOG in the PWO – 2 months consecutive releases

DOGinTheパラレルワールドオーケストラ will be having a 2-months consecutive release for August and September.
The first single will be titled「SPEED TO NIGHT」and will be released on August 31st.
While the second single「CHULIP HOLIC」will be released on September 21st.
Both singles will be available in 2 types.
Not much details are up yet, but we’ll keep you informed.
