vistlip fans are probably in the know already, but back in late November, vocalist Tomo had surgery to remove a progressive giant lung cyst. The surgery was successful, but during recovery, he suffered from a lung pneumothorax (collapsed lung). Since then, he has been unable to attend lives and events.

According to Tomo’s blog, he was discharged from the hospital on December 7. Unfortunately, he hasn’t recovered enough to return to the stage. The band Tweeted yesterday that another set of shows has been postponed until a later date.

The other members have been attending in-store events and interviews, so the band isn’t on activity pause. If you want to know what shows have been postponed, check out their official homepage (linked below).

For now, let’s hope Tomo can get back on his feet soon!
