Fans looking forward to lives may have a wait only a little bit. Vocalist Kou, suffering from a recent illness, is set to go back on stage soon. An update from Shounenki’s official website was translated by Shannon. Read below!
We sincerely apologize to fans and those involved for causing such trouble and worry with Vo.Kou’s poor health.
Kou is on the way to recovery.
Concerning tomorrow (11/9)’s performance at Shibuya REX: Kou has expressed his strong desire to perform, but after consulting with both management and his doctor, we have decided that Kou will refrain from performing. All members besides Kou will perform.
He will return at the beginning of this week (11/10 at Namba ROCKETS).
Please give us your understanding if at all possible.
We hope that you will continue to give us your support.
Hopefully Kou is fully recovered soon, and the band is back to rocking together! They have quite a busy schedule, so let’s hope Kou can manage. Keep in mind, (and this is just my speculation) he may need to take a break from some other lives, given the hectic schedule. But if you’re looking forward to going to these lives, and want to wish Kou well, check out the schedule and double-check the website before you go. Give Shounenki and Kou your support!
