For those of you following ex-Monokuro Kinema and Un vocalist Taketoshi lately, you’ll know that he’s been performing in session bands within the last few months with former members of the band. Well, their most recent live took place on August 21st, and it was there that he made a big announcement! Monokuro Kinema, whom disbanded fully in 2011, are coming back together for a one day revival live this November!

Members Taketoshi, Syo, Kazuki (ex-PLUNKLOCK,) Takahumi and Tomoharu will all come together at Shinjuku RUIDO K4 on November 24th. Unfortunately due to a ticketing mishap, you’ll have to mail order directly from the band, and prices are currently not available. Please put your name, address and number of tickets you want to purchase in the email.

Sidetracking, Taketoshi and Takahumi are also performing in a session band named 下手達 (written Shimote’s), and they’re planning on participating in an omnibus album in the future! Though the album has not currently been announced elsewhere, they’ve stated that they’ll be adding two songs to it, a new track titled 「感性を」(Kansei wo) and a rerecording of an older track, titled 「人でなし2013」(Hito de nashi 2013.) To coincide, they’ll also be performing at a recording event at Kofu KAZOO HALL on September 21st.

Are any of you planning on attending the live? Let us know your thoughts below!
