A little more about Diru’s Uroboros

It is rare I drop in and read the CDJapan blog, but I happened to notice a little factoid I thought I’d pass along for Dir en Grey fans.
Adrienne originally mentioned Diru’s new album Uroboros in this post, where she mentioned reservations for the deluxe edition of the album would be available for reservation until the Aug 17th.
Well I feel bad for giving two week old news, but in case those like me may have missed it on August 8th Cdjapan posted such:
Also, you may have maybe, possibly, kinda-sorta, mo shikashite noticed that the 2CD + 1DVD + 1LP version of Dir en grey’s “Uroboros” is back in stock. Originally this was supposed to be a limited edition release confined to only a few copies which sold out before I could even get the album up on the website on Saturday (I’m always surprised by how quick you guys are). After CDJapan and many other websites pleaded with the record label, they decided to convert it to a pre-order only item.
They’ll make as many copies as we need, but we have to order by the deadline to make sure we get them. This means that if you want the ultra-limited edition of Dir en grey’s new album, you need to order by August 16th in order to guarantee your spot. We’ll try to order a few extra for the latecomers, but like I said, the original release sold out within hours of the initial announcement, so I wouldn’t take my chances.
So if you are planning to get this version of their new album with all the extra goodies (as stated from cdjapan: bonus CD with unplugged recordings and tracks only released on the band’s international releases, plus bonus DVD with recording footage, two LP albums (subject to change), LP-sized jacket artwork, and bonus sticker), through cdjapan, YOU BETTER PREORDER ASAP! The deadline is passed but it’s still available for pre-order so they must have been able to attain their extra copies.
Also it has been confirmed the base album will have 13 tracks, the only three confirmed being Dozing Green, Glass Skin, and Third time does the trick.
