Fans of the popular Dog in the PWO have doubtless been worried about the state of the band after vocalist Haru was reportedly hit by a car last week. S-T is here to bring you all the details; translation is courtesy of our own Adventure Tim!
“Haru, vocalist of the visual-kei rock band DOG in the PWO, was crossing an intersection at a green light in Sapporo, Hokkaido at 11:11pm on Sunday, August 3rd, when he was struck by a car that had run a red light and illegally entered the intersection, which then fled the scene in a hit-and-run. When he fell, Haru suffered contusions to his left big toe and abrasions to his right elbow area, for which he was judged to require two weeks’ treatment until full recovery.
Thankfully, the culprit was quickly arrested, and Haru has spoken up to let us know not to worry.
There will be no changes in schedule due to this accident, and the band’s touring will continue as planned”
