THE.LAST disbands

THE.LAST, already reduced to just two members, has decided to disband and their vocalist Yui seems to be retiring from the scene entirely due to personal affairs. In his comment, Yui says he’s truly sorry that it had to come to this and that it’s regrettable he can no longer express himself through music, but that he wants to live believing in the road he’s chosen himself. He also says that he’s happy that he was able to have fun with everyone for a year with THE.LAST and two years with Heaven’s.
Koji says that he really wanted to be in a band with yui, but that he’s going to support him and wishes that he will do his very best following the road he’s chosen. He also thanks yui for everything and their fans for supporting them.

EDIT: I just realized I wrote “Taro” instead of “Koji”, even though he hasn’t been in the band since December O_O … I’m really sorry, I hope I didn’t confuse you guys too much, haha. I’m surprised I didn’t make more stupid mistakes, considering how upset I was when I wrote this. D:

Jun 18th, 2008 @ 5:12 am2Reply to this comment.I love both THE.LAST and Heaven’s dearly, but THE.LAST is kind of .. more important to me because I didn’t know them when they were Heaven’s. I saw them live three times last August and fell in love with them, so I’m extremely sad to see them go. Yui is one of the sweetest, kindest and most considerate people I’ve met, so I can’t tell you how sad I am that he’s leaving the scene and I can’t see him again.
