Get ready Russian fans, Moi dix Mois is heading over.
This August, Moi dix Mois will be performing at the famous Kubana Rock Festival in Veselovka Village.
The Kubana Rock Festival is a very large event for rock fans in Russia, attracting over 200,000 people last year. More than 70 bands played to these fans over the 7-day period of the festival. Bands at the 2013 festival included huge names from all across the international rock music scene including System of a Down, The Prodigy, Misfits, Anti-Flag, Infected Mushroom and others.
This is not the first time they have reached out to Japanese bands either–last year The Gazette also performed at the Kubana festival. It seems this year, they will be welcoming the unique and influential Moi dix Mois.
The festival will span over 5 days this August, the total period from August 14th-19th. Moi dix Mois is scheduled to perform on Saturday, August 16th. Other details of their performance regarding stage and time have not yet been released.
Tickets for the Kubana festival are available on their official site, here.
Moi dix Mois, headed by former-Malice Mizer guitarist Mana, has always shown interest in the international community. They have performed in Europe a few times over their career, and appeared at a couple anime conventions in the United States as well. Performing at this huge festival in Russia will surely be a great opportunity for them.
If you are a fan and in the area, be sure to check them out this August!
