PS Company surprised fans of D=OUT and 花見桜幸樹 (Kouki Hanamizakura) with an announcement yesterday.
On April 30th, D=OUT and Kouki Hanamizakura will leave PS Company. While they’re not the first band to make this move, they’re perhaps one of the first to announce the leave on such short notice. This doesn’t mark the end of D=OUT, though. Read our translation of the official announcement below (translation by yours truly):

Tomomi Ozaki, Representative Director
D=OUT and Kouki Hanamizakura
Despite the sudden news, Kouki has made it clear on his Twitter account that he does not bear any ill will against PS Company. We’ve translated a couple of his Tweets:
Regarding the previous announcement – on April 30, we’ll be graduating from PS Company, who we’ve been under the care of for 5 years. Like the announcement says, we’re doing this in approach to our 10th anniversary. Don’t worry; we’re not stopping! We have our schedule planned our more or less until next year.
Also, I can’t thank Director Ozaki enough. Our greatest protection will be our graduation live. It’s at the Maihama Amphitheater. I hope everyone can come see it and make it a show to remember.
You can tell by D=OUT’s schedule that, indeed, they don’t have any plans on stopping. Let’s see what D=OUT has to bring for their 10th anniversary.
