Dir en grey will be releasing a DVD of their gigs which they did at the Tokyo Nippon Budokan stage on the 9th and 10th January 2010. It is to be released simultaneously in 17 different countries, whilst the British Rock magazine ‘KERRANG’ rated these gigs with 5 K’s (5 out of 5 stars).
It will be entitled 「UROBOROS -with proof in the name of living…- AT NIPPON BUDOKAN」and go on sale on the 26th of May. The details, such as the price and the tracklist, to follow later.
The band has also put out a photo booklet called 「OUROBOROS」, which has been on sale as of February and costs ¥6,000 which you can purchase from their official online shop here.
I am very sorry for my ignorant mistake and I thank those who pointed it out! I have now edited this entry with the correct information.

> 56,000 yen
is this a typo? XD
yeah, it appears to be just a typo, but still my jaw dropped seeing that price! Seriously, I don’t even think crazed fans could afford that!! XDDD
(And I checked barks and it says 6,000 yen.)
O.O its Fxxing expensive
¥56,000 crazy prize….
;;______;; JUST KILL MY WALLET NOW……..*GONNA STEAL IT*
6,000!! ( =”=) HMMMMPH..!
Sorry for the confusion everyone, it IS 6,000 yen, I don’t know where the 5 came from… I copied the price text off the Barks website, but somehow the Japanese character encoding played up and displayed the yen mark as a “5″. I hope it looks alright now.
The price of the DVD isn’t officially out yet. More then likely the limited edition will be somewhat more expensive than the regular. Last year, with TRTA the regular was about 5,500 Yen, and the limited was 8,300 Yen.
The aknot only FOVS DVD was around 12,000 Yen. They won’t price it higher then that, there would be no point in it. Not even the craziest fans, like myself, would buy it for that much, actually. x’D
On the other hand, on BARKS, that 6,000 is the price of the OUROBOROS photobook coming out sometimes this month. :3
Goodness, you’re right. I completely misread the whole article, thanks for pointing that out! I’m incredibly sorry for all my mistakes!
Does it include North America?
What countries/continents will it be released in *–*??
I’m afraid I’m enable to tell you which countries yet, as barks literally only wrote “17 countries” and didn’t name them… If I find anymore information, I’ll keep you updated
