We’ve put a whole selection of new songs up for your listening pleasure, and will be adding a couple more in the next few days! To access the iPod, click the little icon on the sidebar to your left. A pop-up window will open and the tracks will load!

We’ll try to update this more regularly in the future, so if there’s something that you think just has to be on there, suggest it and we’ll see what we can do!

    Thank you!

Sorry it was out of commission for so long! I didn’t realize that there was a bug in it, that prevented it from working in newer versions of the browsers. T_T

  2. keri says:

Yay!! ^w^ I was checking it out before and it was kinda working but.. not… I thought it was my computer.. hehe..

I really liked the “compilation” overall. I appreciate the fact that they weren’t “poppy”(or atleast OVERLY ‘poppy’)..
At times, it seems to me that oshare (atleast pop-sounding bands) is just too.. overworked?..like “I’ve heard this “happy” melody before”and I mean “every band can’t be bringer of the happiness” sometimes it just irritates me…..x__x
I tend to like the heavier stuff though, anyway…

The one that really caught my ear was Venus’ “Eden”, but my other favorites were Sel’m,vistlip and OZ…

In Wedday’s song.. I did not expect the style of singing at all,”screaming” perhaps? The composition seemed to be a different “calm” style..I’ve listened to heidi before, and although I really like their jazzy tunes and bass, I wasn’t impressed, but… I do like “Orange Drama” alot more than their other stuff..

And.. is it just me or does the vocalist of OZ sound alot like Gerard from “My Chemical Romance”? especially around 3:10… seriously..??

Thank you for fixing it!! ^w^

  3. keri says:

Suggestion #1: I think it would be really cool if you did an “indies” week or something for major bands or bands who are really popular now, and compare their music from the beginning to their current music!! It would be cool!!

    Suggestion#2- Nightmare’s indie music!!

Their indie stuff is the best, yet not many foreigners knew of them from before “Death Note”.. (which, ironically was my alltime LEAST favorite music produced by them.. ever)..

They have a bunch of AWESOME indie songs that people should check out, like “Jisho shounen terrorist” “Gianism tsu~shougai minagoroshi~ or even their major debut “Believe” (all these pv’s are on youtube)…as well as my favorite song EVER “lovetripper” ..

  4. Ichibayo says:

I hope you guys will enjoy THOMAS, I bought it for 3500 yen on Yahoo Auction ^^’
-OZ-’ song is awesome as well !

  5. Samm. says:

    Yay it’s up~
I like the songs on it overall, I hadn’t heard one or two of the bands there so that was nice I got to check them out.

  6. plastic_rainbow says:

haha, a lot of these bands i don’t know or haven’t listened to (yet). xD
a lot of these songs are good. i’ve discovered some new bands!

i think it’d be nice to add some songs from some well known bands and then some from not so well known bands like indies or new bands that have just formed.

  7. Shia says:

Yay yay yay it’s up, finally! I’ll listen to it sometime soon. =D

I agree with keri– it would be interesting to compare bands that way. =D
I don’t know if this is really related, but a while back there was a post about amusing misheard English lyrics… maybe something like that could be done again? ^^
