Nagoya-based label Shimizuya Records has given their OHP a refresh and revealed a new band in the process.
瞬獄殺 (Shungokusatsu) was formed by bassist Tony november16, and their concept is “instantaneous murder and descent to hell.” The lineup consists of vocalist Dragon, guitarist Richard (aka Lycaon’s Rito), guitarist Signature, bassist Tony november16 (formerly Lycaon’s Mio), and drummer BOSS (Izumi, ex-Juliette&the Pumpkin Head).
For their first live, they’ll hold a 50-person limited sponsored event called 初陣-絶対零度- (Uijin -Zettaireido-). The event will take place on February 10th at 新栄 (Shinsakae) DAYTRIVE. Furthermore, they’ll hold a 69-person limited oneman called 帝王切開 (Teiousekkai). The oneman (or “solo gig” as they call it) will take place on June 8th at 名古屋 (Nagoya) MUSIC FARM, and those who attend will receive a comment CD and will be allowed to take a picture with the band.
Shungokusatsu have already announced their first release: a demotape called 羅生門 (Rashoumon), to be released on March 30th for 666 yen. Unfortunately, the demotape will only be sold at Like an Edison Nagoya and at the band’s lives.
