Kasumi, formerly of SMILE, has officially announced that he will be doing solo work, under the name of 「新城 歌澄」 (Shinjo Kasumi) .

On February 25th, he’ll be releasing his debut single. The single will be called 「Re-name」 and will contain three tracks for 1260 yen:
1. Re-name
2. 平成暴れプリンセス (Heisei Abare Princess)
3. daughter

Then on April 1st, he’ll be putting out his first full album called 「ZEITGEIST」. This one is a ten track album that costs 3280 yen and comes with a DVD that contains the PV for 「TE・RU・MI」:

3. TE・RU・MI
4. カップルクラッシャー (Couple Crusher)
5. ホトトギス (Hototogisu)
6. 赤ずきん・・・ (Akazukin…)
7. Last Good-bye

10. Re-name

To comemorate the release of the new album, he’ll be having a tour as well! Dates and venues are as follows.

April 3rd @ Osaka America Village CLAPPER
April 11th @ Sendai BIRD LAND
Tour Final Oneman Live – May 3rd @ Shibuya RUIDO K2

At the tour final a free distribution CD called 「☆HAPPY LOVE☆」 will be available to all who attend.
